I had a great experience at this Subway! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food quality was excellent—fresh and exactly what you’d hope for. Service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a tasty, affordable meal with great service!

Made a quick stop through town. Super large covered outdoor seating area, good for groups. The staff member was extremely friendly and efficient. It was a slow Saturday night, everything was fresh and staff was great.

Hillbilly bob

I’m changing my 5 star to a 1 star. The footlong subs are TINY, crispy, and SMASHED. You have 3 people working up front and nobody knows how to answer to someone. You do not need 3 people working the counter.
On top of that, we got the wrong subs FOR $25.
I have had larger subs than this recently for less and have not had a bad experience for a while until now. Highly disappointed and I made sure to contact Subway themselves.

Such a sad experience and to see what has become of subway. I used to love going here but not after today. So I had no idea they didn’t take the mail in coupon (not biggy) but the second I walked in and had them in hand I get yelled at because they didn’t take them. Again not a big deal, but then afterwards the lady working glared at me (she was also making other people’s sandwiches) and just spoke to me as if I was wasting HER time. “Are you gonna order or what?” I ordered and then she starts smashing all of the sandwiches into one bag. I ordered 3. I get wanting to have them all fit in one as it’s convenient for the customer, but don’t sit there smashing them in there until they all fit. I will forever be boycotting subway as of today. Just sad how far downhill the franchise has become in this town.

11/29 ~3pm tall lady was SO rude and malicious. I’ve never seen someone in food or customer service that is so mean to customers. This lady needs psych help and needs to work on her basic human skills. She also saturated my sandwich in mustard and salt which by her attitude I’m assuming she does it on purpose. I couldn’t even eat it I threw it away. I travel thru the area for work. I won’t be stopping at this location for a quick bite on commute. I’ll just wait til I hit a different subway on the road. With this kinda person making peoples food I wouldn’t trust it and I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat or just move along til u hit a different subway. Dont give this place or their horrible service your money.

The food is always great, the server was very nice, but usually when I go to Subway I politely asked if I can have the footlong wrapped in three sections because I might not eat it all at once. I know that's an extra thing to ask. It's usually because I will be on the road and eating at different times within a few hours.

I have to say the attendant was very nice but when I requested if she could cut my footlong in three sections and please wrap it in three separate wrappers, she said THE MANAGER does not allow them to do that and requires them to charge for separate sandwiches if that's the case.

Just my opinion, but I think that that is splitting hairs and an attempt to rip off the customer. Again, the young lady working there was very polite about it, but if that's the actual manager's policy, it is different than the rest of the subways I have gone to. It does make me extremely reluctant to go to this particular Subway in Detroit Lakes again.

These ladies made me a monster sanwich. Twelve inches of fine food. I didn't care fore no tea to be had. As i don't drink sodas out of a machine. Thank you for good people and good food.

TV says they are footling for $6.99 but this manager does not participate, so I'd recommend you go elsewhere!

Chicken teriyaki was large chunks of chicken which fell out of sandwich. Bread became soggy
Hard to taste the spice with large pieces of chicken
