Way too expensive and pricey for what we received-which was our sub par, unsatisfactory meal tht was consisting of 6 cold tacos, and two large under cooked potato oles that we received in the end. Definitely NOT WORTH the $30+ dollars that was spent during our stop at their establishment. Left feeling sick to my stomach, as well as sick to my pocket book for spending so much, for the so little quality that we actually received in the end... Very unhappy, won't make this mistake again.

Your automated system is absolute trash. I've left the line numerous times now because of how slow it is and how it does not know what it's doing. I want Taco John's but I would rather go to McDonald's right down the road then to deal with that ever again.

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru to get to the window and they didn’t have my order in the system. AI takes your order which is a joke. They had one poor girl who was probably 16 trying to run the drive thru and the front counter. Honestly they should just shut this location down because this isn’t the first time having a completely terrible experience.

This may be a very busy day since it's Labor Day. It took 34 minutes for our order. They should have probably said something when we ordered.
We went on a Tuesday around 3PM, so there was only 2 other people eating inside. What there was though was a group of teenagers messing around, swearing, and honestly being pretty disruptive, which wouldn’t be the end of the world if they were paying customers but they didn’t buy a thing and instead messed around with the staff. I went to order and the cashiers were too busy messing around to take my order. No impressed.

Waited for 45min for an order of 2 hardshell tacos, 2 soft shell tacos and a potato oles. Then they didn’t even get it right and gave us all soft shell tacos. We didn’t bother to go back because we didn’t want to wait another 10 years. Won’t be back to this location
