We went there and got 4 blizzards, 3 of them were messed up. One looked like they just made the top look correct ( new York cheesecake) but once you got a few bites in it was an Oreo blizzard. I honestly think the people working there don't care at all

Teresa highness I should not be working with the public she looks like a clown and she has the mannerisms of a truck driver and I know that is one of your current managers that reflects on the store and the word of mouth because everything I say is negative to everybody about that place

Man I just hate the fact that this is an issue in any business that serves the public but when u have set hours of operation it should b the open 2 serve for the hours posted at a minimum but it's happened twice in the last cple wks that I've rushed 2 make it b4 it closes and I get here and my phone says 952 and everything is shut down I almost wrote a post out of anger but I held back but it's ridiculous that any manager would ever allow this 2 ever happen maybe a minute or 2 but still that's not right but this was almost 10 minutes and it was off when I had gotten there so who knows when it was shutoff

Posted hours online and on the door 10pm Sunday. Arrived at 9:50 and the employees were inside looking out but had the doors locked and the automated closed message playing at the drive through. Multiple cars attempted to patronize during this same time.

If I could give no stars I would, the workers are rude and entitled even tho they are working at a 14 year old job while being over 20. They skimp the toppings out of blizzards . They taste like pure vanilla ice cream. and charge over 50 cents for a pup cup. I’ll never go here again! The one in Moorhead on 30th Ave always hooks it up and would never charge for a pup cup! Don’t go here. They are so pathetic !

Stopped by 2 get 2 blizzards. The line for the drive up was out. 2 vehicles passed the order. Decided to go inside and order. The line was to the door they were working on somebody with a mobile app. We turned around and left with no. Service? Waited in line for 15 minutes. Line did not move

ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. FAILED TO HONOR A COUPON I PRESENTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP. THEN WHEN I GOT UP SET SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL. THE MANAGER THERESA WITH RED HAIR AND TATTOOS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WOULD NOT HANDLE ANYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. IT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN A $3 COUPON BUT I PRESENTED IT PRIOR TO ORDERING MY FOOD AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR OR FIX ANYTHINF AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO USE IT ANOTHER DAY" I LITERALLY CAME TO DQ TO USE THE COUPON.She refused to give me her name, the managers name, the shift leads name.
