So many workers just milling around doing nothing. No forks. Ice cream area was full of melted ice cream. Presented my VA ID card and asked for veterans discount. Tall thin somali cashier had no clue so I didn't get that discount. Place was generally total disorganization. Although a regular customer, I will definitely think twice about going there again.

Each time we go there they have no fresh food, or just no food at all. They do not put any food out. Can sit there for an hour and you wont see 1 pizza put out on the buffet line. Chicken is usually old and hardly any there. The only way you get any pizza is if you order one and then you have to wait a long time for it. Will not be going back to this pizza ranch. Have given it more than one chance but am now done with it. Never any desert pizzas as well and now no ice cream either. Now you have to ask for an ice cream cup that you buy at the grocery store. Place has gone way down hill. In order to be called PIZZA RANCH you would think they would have pizza.

Good food, but they weren't able to keep up with demand on this particular evening. Often had to wait 5 minutes for additional pizzas or dessert pizzas to come out. Nice, clean restaurant and staff were very nice.

Manager was very nice and accommodating. The party room was dirty, with a hole in the wall and carpet needed vacuuming which they did when asked. Pizza Ranch is a family favorite for the chicken so will continue going there.

We have always enjoyed this restaurant until today. The chicken was very undercooked. One chicken breast was red inside and the other three were pink. We ordered a pizza but it never came and we left after half an hour. There were two busses there that day so I understand it being busy, but having a whole batch of undercooked chicken is unsafe and unacceptable. We will not be back.
