Food is good, but the restaurant is in desperate need of an update. Food is so ground into the floor it is gross, trying to hide it rugs does not make it any better, same with the fabric on the booths.

Walked into pizza ranch around 5:30 pm on 2/3/26 . The entryway had dried salt all over the floor, walls, and glass door. This should be cleaned several times during the day. Not very busy and a lot of staff on. Laughter and loud talking coming from the kitchen when we walked into. Not much food on the buffet tables. Salad bar was almost empty and had not been cleaned around the counter of the salad bar. Floors had ground in dirt on the carpets not very appealing. A lot of empty tables that had not been wiped down yet. No napkins in the holders and so much dust on top of the holders, also very gross to use the napkins. This place needs to clean from top to bottom very dirty for a restaurant. I do have some pictures but can not figure out how to add them to this.
I decided to give it a try after avoiding it for a couple months. I am very disappointed at the filth and disorganization every where I looked. The salad bar needed filling and to get all the spilled food off of it. The drink area was very unappetizing, the floors were the filthies floors I've ever seen in a restaraunt. And it was OLD dirt and debris!! They were not too busy, but yet you could hear laughter and talking in the back. I spent 27 years in food service, restaraunts and commercial, and this was possibly the worst. The bad part is it was all preventable. I won't be back, no worries.

This is the first place I’ve eaten at since living in FM moving from Miami Florida where the chicken was actually good and fully done and I’ve caught it at closing each time I have been the chicken was sauced up and still crunchy Fargo location has never. The people are kind and easy to talk to when they cleaned our table we didn’t have dishes stacked. I will only be coming to this location! It’s not as loud as Fargo location and has a variety of fresh food!

This is my absolute favorite Pizza Ranch!! I always order the smothered bbq chicken at the register and this is the ONLY pizza ranch that actually smother the chicken the other places squirt cold bbq sauce on it even when specifically asked to smother. The manager Arnold is amazing he is always on the move helping! I wish the CEOs would give this location some tender love and care with much needed renovations! The Dilworth location is very warm welcoming and the food is way better than any other location in the area!

Extremely dirty inside. Carpet is matted with grease and completely black. Buffet wasn’t clean or wiped up. Haven’t been to pizza ranch in a long time and this location has went WAY downhill. You can see how little they care about the place by the condition and cleanliness. Not sure if I will be back because if this is what the front of the house looks like, I’m scared to know what the back of the house looks like.

We had such excellent service tonight. Food was fresh and they even made us some cactus bread hot and fresh. This is exactly why we love coming over here.

How is it that a pizza joint makes fried chicken better than any chicken restaurant there is?

Oh boy, where to begin. From the get go, there were no clean tables to choose from so my family and I had to settle for a slightly sticky but still usable table. Went to grab a soda, and about half of them were out of order, so yet another disappointment right out of the gate. That’s okay we thought, there’s still some lukewarm tea in the dispenser in addition to the sparse choices. But oh my goodness when we got to the pizzas… this whole experience was officially down the toilet. Out of the selection (the table first about 8) 3 were that Tuscan pizza and while I’m okay with Tuscan, would have been nice for some variety. The rest only had about a slice or two so we had those. I had some of the mashed potatoes thinking that you can’t screw up mashed potatoes but again, I was left wanting. They were cold and depressingly dry. Every time we decided to just deal with it and ate our fill with the scraps left, they would then refill the pizza warmer after we were finished. And the first two they brought out to replenish the supply was MORE OF THOSE DANG TUSCAN PIZZAS THAT NOBODY WANTED TO EAT. Like seriously, even just a normal pepperoni or a cheese bread would have been wonderful. Aaaand then we get to the dessert pizzas. (Everything else was too wilty, old looking or dry to even attempt without fear of food poisoning) They only had half of a cactus bread left and with an okay number of people here it was gone before each of us even got a piece and it took about 25 minutes for them to bring out anymore which was just sad. They didn’t even bring out ice cream cones until after the cactus bread was already gone to where you could not once fill a plate with all the things pizza ranch is known for. It was a very sad excuse for a buffet and we have given up hope on this place. Whenever we dare attempt the dilworth location, we try to give them the benefit of a doubt but get smacked with the sad reality that this place really isn’t worth the money when you could go to the Fargo location 15 minutes away and save yourself the cost of your dignity and self worth as to how you ended up in a place like that.
