Red Hen Tap House

We ordered take out because I'm not a huge fan of the bar scene. They have plenty of seating for dinners, but I haven't sat to eat here yet. I swung in for a salad and my husband got their burger basket. Everything was delicious and they were happy to give us some ketchup in a to go container. They were even kind enough to bag our meals separately so that the heat from my husband's didn't wilt my salad.

Nikki is absolutely horrible servicer, She’s extremely rude, very condescending And apparently doesn’t care about her job. Will never be coming back to the restaurant

We’ve been here a few times and the food and atmosphere has always been excellent. The servers seem to do their job duties well but could use some work on people skills. Nothing bad, just did the bare minimum with taking the order and bringing the food out.

Tessa was the server. She bar none gave me the worst service ive ever had. She ignored me for ten minutes when i tried to place a drink and order food. She then gave me attitude when i told her we had an event at 7 saying well get there earlier when i was there at 545 and she ignored me a refund. Then gave me more attitude when i cancelled my order and asked for a manager above her. Will not ever come back as her service set the bar for worst service ive ever been given.

Their food is disgusting. You can’t eat any sandwich without dripping grease mayo or sauce going through your fingers. Burnt sweet potatoes. Everything is crap.

Went here on Saturday afternoon after lunch time. It was fairly busy. We did not order food but ate some of the popcorn which was too salty, stale, and cold. Our bloody mary was not great. I would suggest not using clamato juice, it made it too sweet. The atmosphere was ok, a typical bar setting. The service was ok as well.

The soft pretzels were served nicely. They give plenty of cheese questions sauce with it. The cheese curds had a really big amount it was kind of salty but it was still good to enjoy. There was leftovers for me . I thank the waitress that served me at my table. She was very helpful and also knew all about the menu with any questions that I had. Thank you.
