We went to get bagels and coffee while on a road trip. The bagels were uncut, untoasted, and not cream cheesed. We were basically handed a hobby kit to try and put together in the car. They were expensive, and for the price, I expect an actually prepped bagel. Would never go back.
Was really excited to try this place after seeing it on facebook. Cute little space but out of my way. I made the trip and the coffee was amazing, its from Columbus, Ohio and my favorite. However the four women who were working were less than pleasant. Despite the store being nearly empty they seemed annoyed to have to help any one. One even rolled her eyes at me. I wont be back, especially since I can order Crimson Cup online.

Absolutely LOVE the Roasted Rail! I've always had awesome service whenever I've gone there. It's pretty spacious and has a great atmosphere for studying or hanging out. They promote a lot of local events, which is awesome. Everyone who works there is super nice, and they've always got good recommendations if you don't know what to get. I got one of the fall coffee flights and it was fabulous. They have so many good options!

I go here far too often because I think they make some of the best coffee in town - the hot coffee is rich, the cold coffee is *too* drinkable in that I finish a large in one massive brain-freeze chug and only want more! They also offer coconut flavoring for their coffee, which is a huge selling point for me. Of all the coffee places since I moved up here, I've definitely visited this place the most. I also know that their muffins, very delicious, come from a local butcher and deli that is almost literally next door to them. Love local places selling stuff from other local places. Anyway, I super recommend them, and I'll probably be stopping by, again, in a few hours. Also they do have a drive through which is great when I don't want to be perceived :)
Dietary restrictions: They have your usual run of the mill oat/almond/coconut milks for those who have allergies to dairy like myself for coffee. As for food, they are seemingly mostly a beverage place, but do have some cafe-snacks. I didn't see any gluten-free or dairy-free specific products while I was inside, but that can always change based on what inventory they choose to stock. :)

We used to have coffee once or twice a week at Roasted Rail. But the prices kept going up. We now go to another coffee shop where we get the same exact thing for half the price. We tried RR again recently. We were a group of 6. Each couple ordered and we sat down to wait for our order. Another couple came in and got their order before ours. It took a long time to get our orders and we had to wait a long time. We won't go back.
The staff is amazing. The coffee even better. Love that I found this place.
Kid-friendliness: There's a coloring station and games inside.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground level.

Went through the drive thru and ordered raspberry mocha and amaretto mocha. Flavor of coffee was fine but could not taste any raspberry or ameretto. Were disappointed we could not taste flavoring.

Was sold cold drip coffee. Immediately returned and they said it was not cold. Only when I took off the lid and held my fingers in it for a long time did they concede that it was old and cold.
Hi Owner! No, I did not berate the staff, no the coffee was not steaming and no, it did not turn my finger red. But to be fair the coffee me was not cold. Your other reviewer was more accurate to call it “lukewarm”. This is my first ever 1 star review. If my coffee had been hot, why would I burn my fingers and wait, only to exchange it for exactly the same thing?

The restroom was dirty. When I told a plump cashier about it she said in a smart way really really. Urine in front of toilet toilet paper scattered about. The one who checked stated it was not bad. They gave a watered down drink to my wife. Don't think we are going back. We went for several months and was good

Coffee was good, service was mid. I was asked if I wanted whip cream on my coffee then they forgot to add it lol not a huge deal just don’t ask a customer if they would like something then proceed to not give it to them.
