Subway has gone down hill in a fast hurry. It now costs $45 for 2 foot long subs and a 6 inch. Employees are slow and have no idea what their doing(its making a sandwich. Not rocket science). They won't allow you to get the sub you'd like if it isn't on their menu. I asked for a pizza sub(been sold as a spicy marinara for 20 years) I now can't get that because it's not on the b.s. menu they have. Also the last time I purchased a pizza sub it was so poorly made it could hardly be eaten. Never have I been so disappointed in a restaurant as to watch subway turn to shit in a hand basket.

Very unprofessional. The girl who started my sandwich was extremely rude. The guy who finished my sandwich was wearing pajama pants and I heard him tell another customer that they were just in the back trying to pierce his ear for 30 minutes ? not to mention they were pretty much out of every topping, the lettuce was brown, and the soda machine was flat.

Subway is my favorite place to go for a good meal. I have been avoiding the Dodge Center location because the management was so disrespectful and made me feel like I was an imposition. I went back today and had the most amazing experience. The staff all had smiles on their faces and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The manager Deanna was positive and welcoming. Definitely plan on making this a regular thing. Best experience ever!!! Thank you!!

Stopped for lunch in dodge center on the way home . Very good food and the store manager was the one who took our order and made our lunch , very friendly and fast service. Awesome customer service and food from her .

Tried to go there at 7:45 Tuesday 3/7 only to stand at the counter vigorously ignored by the employee sweeping the store. Eventually we had to leave without ordering.

I'll order in person and they either put stuff on that I didnt ask for or they double charge me and get mad when I tell them I only got one 12 inch Sub and they have to change the order. That's happened multiple times for me. So I started just ordering online and I'll give them 45 mins to make it and I'll show up and it still isn't done. They tell me they're out of something I ordered and wait for me to show up instead of calling me. Last time I ordered online, all the staff was outside talking to their friend who just got a new car and he had to show them all, so I waited an extra 10 mins for them to make my order. Manager also has an attitude everytime I'm there too. If you're in desperate need of subway, just go to Kasson
