I usually have a really nice experience at this Applebees as the food has typically been very good. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as the previous visits. We had an early dinner tonight and maybe it was too early for the kitchen to serve fresh hot food as most of our meal were luke warm at best. I felt like we were served leftover rice and french fries from the lunch service. It was really disappointing since as I stated previously, our food has typically been very good. It will be awhile before I choose to eat there again.

Their prices for the 2 for 25 have sky rocketed. Its no longer a deal. I use to order the 6 oz steak. Now they charge an extra $5 for each steak ordered. They also never cook the steaks like I ask. They were also out of broccoli when j went there last. No longer going here when I'm craving a steak.

My family was in town to prepare for our reunion next year, don't think we made a reservation, and we came deep, took up the whole front side of the restaurant, only to realize, it was 1 waitress available and Manager, Now let me tell you, Eric thr manager did his ultimate thang, kept our drinks coming and served our food with a smile the whole time we was there (we had babies, young toddlers and young kiddos) he kept serving, the waitress Nicki was just as amazing 👏🏿 it was at least 80 or more of us, and we were well fed and didn't thirst for nothing, THANK YOU BOTH FOR A AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND AWESOME SERVICE, YOU GUYS ROCKED IT 🥰🥰

Lady was rude to me approaching me initially at my table , and the entire time serving me there was a tone for no reason, as I'm in a wheelchair by myself so I guess she thought she could be rude to me and I always leave a 20 plus tip but I'm not leavin a tip and I came at 3pm on Sept 1 2025. She's blonde with scaring on her face she should be ashamed of herself !!!!!!!!!!! The idea that I'm broke or have nobody is a false perception as a person in a wheelchair as I DONT ALWAYS Drive and I like to use my electric wheelchair but take mvta on demand service when I use the electric wheelchair. That's too bad as we tend to spend 200 plus and we tip 20 30 every time we come to the Shakopee Applebees for birthdays holidays you name it. This is my first time visiting Eagan Applebees but I WILL NOT VISIT this location anymore.

Another Applebee's was close so we went here and I was happy that we did. Everything was good.
Our server Cory and the manager Hana were so amazing. I went in a large group (20-25) and they were so so amazing. Got all of our orders out very quick and accommodated special requests. They made our experience absolutely amazing and made our night!
