Ordered a steak, and the steak didn't come out right. Asked for them to remake it as I already took a bite out of it and the manager Eric just had them throw it back on the grill instead of remaking it-health code vilation and health hazard. Also we sat at the bar after 9pm and there was a small child sitting and leaning over the bar. Usually don't complain but that was absolutely terrible. Bartender did great otherwise and did her best to take care of us.

I ordered the grilled chicken plate that came with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. When I received my meal, I could tell the chicken breast was overcooked. I was expecting a freshly cooked chicken breast, but it looked like it was pre-made and then reheated. The chicken was tough and stringy. I am fully aware of what chicken looks like when held and then reheated. I have worked in food service operations for years and worked directly with kitchen staff. Presentation of the plate wasn't appealing the way the potatoes were slung on the plate like a log.
My waitress never checked in on me or how the meal was. As I was getting ready to pay, she brings out a fresh glass of ice water with no interaction. Disappointed in this locations visit.

I ordered a Big Cluckin' Crispy Chicken sandwich and picked it up at the time it was to be ready. This sandwich was not very good. The chicken was dried out, chewy and so stringy it was hard to chew. I'm not sure if it had been under warming lights for a very long time, but it sure tasted like it. It looked so good in their advertising. I will not be ordering this again. I gave it 2* because the service was good.

I like the happy hour menu especially chicken wings and chicken castadillas and Bahama mama drink. Good good and good price but I did not like to charge me for one game played by a kidos which lasted one less than two minutes. Waitress was good and professional.

Great happy hour appetizer and drink specials after 3pm. Dining room kinda dated I think the glory days of the franchise are over but they have good snacks and half price is the right price

Waitress (whose name I can't remember) was amazing she had is laughing and when a customer fell she was right their to assist the lady, she made sure our vet meal of double pasta with extra chicken was delicious

Had a wonderful time for my partner and i's anniversary last night. Our server (I didn't get her name but she wore a black face mask) was super nice, she made great food recommendations. The Cajun Salmon was delicious! Would recommend to friends and family
I've come here a few times and I've always had great service but today was exceptional. I can't remember our server's name but she wore a black face mask. She made sure our drinks were to our liking and that we had our food in a timely manner. I have a lot of food allergies so I have to order food with a lot of modifications. Our server made sure that my food came out with those modifications and checked with me while I was eating to make sure that nothing was wrong. It's hard to go out to eat with food allergies, but our server went above and beyond to make sure I got delicious food that I was able to eat.

Family of 3 out for a late dinner. Server was sweet. Food was good. The wings were better than we expected! I’m a huge fan of the broccoli! Rounded out with a couple brownie bite sundaes hit the spot! We are regulars anyway, but not often in later hours.
I want to give a super big Thank You to our waiter this evening. He had a great big heart for our daughter who severely sprained her ankle at work today. And not getting super frustrated with my husband who could get his mind made up, cuz honestly if it was me, my frustrations would have started escalating.
