I went on Saturday at 3:56pm and store was closed. No sign or anything and I drove to this location just for this just for it to be close during the middle of the day.

The staff (a tall guy) in the store was very nice. He helped me with using the app kindly. I would come here very often if I was around this neighbourhood. Great experience thanks to him.

Unfortunately, my experience at Auntie Annie’s was not the best. I arrived at 7:30 PM, hoping to enjoy some almond pretzels, but the staff informed me that they were no longer available and couldn’t prepare anything else, even though they closed at 8 PM. I had to settle for something I didn’t like, and the employee's attitude was quite negative, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Additionally, I tried to call this week at 7:25pm to order something for pickup, but no one answered the phone. This lack of customer service was definitely disappointing. I hope they improve in this area, as the quality of service can make a significant difference in the customer experience.

The workers here are so welcoming and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. So are the workers?

Workers are the most unfriendly and unwelcoming. They never have any mini dogs made EVER. And they have an attitude when you ask for them. Then they give you an amount of minutes it would take to make and of course I come back in that amount of time and they haven't even put them in yet. I think it just comes down to them needing more help and hiring more people.

Was quoted 15 mins for mini dogs and waited over 30 mins for burnt mini dogs. On top of that more than half of them had no dog in them. Terrible place and the customer service is non existent.

Went in an hour before closing and they had one cup of pretzels left and stated just do you know we aren't making anymore for the night. I could see 30/15 min before closing but an hour is ridiculous.

Its 12:13pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Ive literally been standing outside since 10am to order. Do you open when you want or whats the deal. Change your online hours

I recently purchased a mini dogs. The store wasn’t busy and told me to wait 15min. After 15min, I went in and they told me to wait another 15 min. Okay I get it that they got busy during that time. So after 30min wait, I finally get to pick up my order and it was only half full cup of mini dogs. And I heard they are 6 orders behind. I think they need a better management. Like other reviewers mentioned, only one staff really working. The rest was very slow or do nothing but watch
