I guess I should have looked better at their astronomical pricing before ordering , that's just wrong.

This is easily the worst Auntie Anne’s location I’ve been to. The biggest issue is the guy who works there and wears a hat all the time — he is consistently rude and clearly does not care about customers at all.

His attitude is openly negative, dismissive, and just plain unpleasant. He hands food and drinks to customers like it’s an inconvenience to him, with zero care or basic courtesy. No eye contact, no greeting, no effort. Just a really shitty demeanor that makes you wonder why he’s even working in customer service.

I get that food service can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating people this poorly. It completely ruins the experience and reflects badly on the entire store. Until this is addressed, I won’t be coming back.

An hour before they closed and they were out of most everything. Not in any process of making anything but spending quite a bit of time on a cell phone

I was asked to wait for 20mins for my pepperoni nugget and pretzel. When I got back, the pretzel is not ready yet. I saw him preparing the pretzel but with the original flavor. I told him I want the cinnamon not the original flavor. He rolled eyes on me and told me I should have told him earlier. I told him when I ordered 20 mins ago that I wanted a cinnamon pretzel. He handed me the pretzel and left without handing me the pepperoni nugget. I asked for the other lady to hand me the my nugget order and she apologized. She clearly saw what his coworker did. I was not able to enjoy my food because of this experience.

Very unfriendly workers today (Sept 1). I walked out without purchasing anything after they were rude to me. I asked for a small cup of nuggets. The guy at the counter said they only had regular right now and pointed to 6 cups in the window. I said I didn’t want one that big nor wanted to pay for it. They had a big batch of fresh ones behind him that were ready to go. I asked if they could fill a small cup for me. He said no and that I would have to wait 15 minutes. They had 2 people behind him working on baking. I said “For real?” and left without purchasing. He was very dismissive and rude in his tone. I know it is just pretzels so not a big deal to me but he didn’t need to act like I was asking him to make me a pizza. In today’s world I have no time for people who are rude and will not spend my money anywhere they treat me like I am putting them out. And you shouldn’t either.

I went on Saturday at 3:56pm and store was closed. No sign or anything and I drove to this location just for this just for it to be close during the middle of the day.

The staff (a tall guy) in the store was very nice. He helped me with using the app kindly. I would come here very often if I was around this neighbourhood. Great experience thanks to him.

Unfortunately, my experience at Auntie Annie’s was not the best. I arrived at 7:30 PM, hoping to enjoy some almond pretzels, but the staff informed me that they were no longer available and couldn’t prepare anything else, even though they closed at 8 PM. I had to settle for something I didn’t like, and the employee's attitude was quite negative, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Additionally, I tried to call this week at 7:25pm to order something for pickup, but no one answered the phone. This lack of customer service was definitely disappointing. I hope they improve in this area, as the quality of service can make a significant difference in the customer experience.
