Im usually a fan of AA but this location is always a fail when I come. They had 2 containers of cinnamon bites and one other small size of the salted bites and at 5:30pm tell us that that was all they're going to have for the rest of the night. When we asked for the mango smoothie they said the machine was shut down. Shut down because they wanted to go home or broke I don't care. As for ambience he had his friends in there hanging out and as I was heading out the door he asked his friends what they wanted to eat.

Workers are the most unfriendly and unwelcoming. They never have any mini dogs made EVER. And they have an attitude when you ask for them. Then they give you an amount of minutes it would take to make and of course I come back in that amount of time and they haven't even put them in yet. I think it just comes down to them needing more help and hiring more people.

Was quoted 15 mins for mini dogs and waited over 30 mins for burnt mini dogs. On top of that more than half of them had no dog in them. Terrible place and the customer service is non existent.

went here for a snack, walked in and got no help while the workers were doing nothing. and our cashier Katie B was super rude and was rolling her eyes at us.

Went in an hour before closing and they had one cup of pretzels left and stated just do you know we aren't making anymore for the night. I could see 30/15 min before closing but an hour is ridiculous.

Its 12:13pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Ive literally been standing outside since 10am to order. Do you open when you want or whats the deal. Change your online hours
I recently purchased a mini dogs. The store wasn’t busy and told me to wait 15min. After 15min, I went in and they told me to wait another 15 min. Okay I get it that they got busy during that time. So after 30min wait, I finally get to pick up my order and it was only half full cup of mini dogs. And I heard they are 6 orders behind. I think they need a better management. Like other reviewers mentioned, only one staff really working. The rest was very slow or do nothing but watch

Nice employees, and great pretzel selections. Reminds me of the 1960s when pretzels were pretzels warm and chewy with a lite touch of salt is my favorite. The lemonade is good too esp. the frozen version. A bit pricy, but delicious overall.

Couldn't give a lower rating for this location only. 4 workers in the back, one at register. 1 watching 1 drizzle butter, 2 socializing while they take time making order. Finally get to register, 20mins for 2 orders in front of us to be told they aren't making pretzel dogs because they already took a big order. Super bad customer service go to a different location. Management either doesn't know which is bad management or doesn't care which is also bad management. Just plain bad management!!!
