Baskin-Robbins is not the same company that they were in the past whereas the company was known for its "31 flavors" slogan, with the idea that a customer could have a different flavor every day of any month. This store, I think had like 10 flavors at best. Not to mention Dunkin Donuts isn't the same either as I remember donuts freshly baked daily. Methinks the donuts come frozen to the store then thawed before being sold to customers. Being both concepts are in a very small location kills the experience of both companies of old. They do have a drive thru for those fast orders to go.But, Dunkin Donuts was a place where old fogies like myself could go after church for coffee and donuts with friends. Not anymore as the stools have been taken out of stores. Ah, the memories.

Generally I like Dunkin and BR. It's a new location on Cliff Road. They don't have much customer traffic. The ice cream cones often have stale taste.

Of course the store is closed because of being short-staffed, so drive thru it is. I ordered 2 donuts. Two. Nothing else. And of f****** course they got it wrong. An old fashioned donut is not a plain cake donut. But apparently these dummies don't know that. If these kids are our future leaders, then we are truly f******
Second time I went there to get coffee and they didn't have any coffee brewed! Shouldn't the coffee place have coffee ready to go at 0730 in the morning? 3 workers sitting around and no one can make sure they have coffee brewed? I was the only customer there

Worst dunkin experience I ever had. My mom ordered a large iced vanilla latte with OAT MILK but they gave us ALMOND MILK. I asked for the chocolate French crueller but they gave me the plain one. It took 20 minutes for my drink to come out when there was no one in the drive thru and it was just the two of us in the store. Smh.
