Their gluten-free items are good but the customer service the few times that I went was not very good. Staff was not very friendly.

All of the gluten free muffins are AMAZING! I don’t even realize they are gluten free. Try the lemon poppyseed! My local coffee shop, Bluenose coffee in Farmington serves their products and I’m in love.

Delicious pastries and reasonable prices.I will definitely return again before they close at the end of August this year 2022.

I haven't had the products yet, but the service and knowledge of the gentleman behind the counter was very good.

Not a very friendly place at all, but they have a wide variety of gluten free options. Had the mini vanilla cupcakes and the frosting just tasted like almond extract. Didn't appear very clean inside either. Absolutely will not be returning.

I went to this bakery all the time, but something happened because the quality just kept getting worse. Then the last time was awful and not only were our cupcakes dry, but we all felt sick after eating them. I would never go back.

Awesome baked goods! I don't need to eat gluten free but I still love coming for their frosted sugar cookies!! Yum! Very sweet people and very good sweets!

This is really a solid bakery. But the owner only seems to like making white cookies if you know what I mean. All her cookies need to be white with white frosting because the dark cookies are getting too popular lately and she can't stand by and watch the white cookies that she grew up with sink to even sales footing with cookies of any of the other colors. She even went so far as to attend a local school board meeting and extol the virtue of teachers only mentioning the history of white cookies and rejecting historical perspectives that value the roles of other types of cookies in building the modern bakery. If you share her vision of white cookie power, then this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you believe that cookies of all varieties can be valuable contributors to the dessert tray that is America, then you may want to try finding a different place.

Gluten free bakeries are hard to find, people who believe in medical freedom are also becoming hard to find, this bakery appears to be both and I hope they know some of us greatly appreciate it!!

Amazingly delicious goodies and wonderful people with a great atmosphere. I am not even gluten free but I was introduced through a co-worker who is, and I was so impressed that something GF free could actually taste good. Great find!

They have the absolute best donut holes ever! Thank you for providing a place where people with food allergies can go and get good food to eat. I have 2 daughters that have had food allergies. This is the only place around to meet their allergy needs.

My wife and daughter are both gluten free. A lot of what they eat, I don’t find particularly good. But everything that I have tried from Bittersweet has been very good. I have tried things from other gluten free bakeries and stores throughout the country. This one is my favorite.

It is quite obvious that reading some of the recent reviews that some people don't have enough to do and waste their time writing reviews, not about the Business nor the products but about people's political stand which I find disgusting. So I drove from the northern burbs, to buy products from this business. Trust me, it was well worth the drive and gas. Bought donut holes for the grandkids (which they loved), muffins, and bread. Treated myself to a lemon bar and it was fantastic. The service I experienced was nothing like what I saw in the reviews and the employee who helped me was very good at what she does. I will definitely visit again.

It's sad really - you finally find a bakery with gluten free products and then you find out the owner is a bigot. Huge disappointment.
