I ordered friend plain rice to share with my roommate, she has allergen restrictions. We found chicken in the fried rice. When I called to let them know the guy on the phone was hard to understand and took forever for him to get it. He wanted a picture or to drive back to show them. It was already a 40 minutes away at home. Considering it was $17 for just some plain fried rice I thought the service would be better.

Bonchon has such delicious food! And eating in is a much more authentic experience. But even when getting take out, staff is friendly and helpful and food is always hot and ready to go!

I've been here multiple times and each time there is no care given to my food I'll order the garlic soy and each time my chicken is only some sauce on it most of the chicken is dry like it was already cooked before I ordered it I've literally thrown it all in the trash each time however the BonChon near the u of m is five stars they take care of you the right way each time chicken is always fresh and crispy and the sauce is all over the chicken 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️💯💯🏁

Wow, Amazing food! We ordered delivery to our hotel and I was beyond impressed! I'm used to food looking better than it tastes but this was amazing. I had the marinated chicken tacos and my son got the fried rice with shrimp and egg. His meal came with pot stickers which were delicious and also came with a sweet bread that he loved! I'd never heard of this restaurant (I'm from out of state), but I'd definitely eat her again if ever back in the area. It was delicious delivered, can't imagine how much better eating fresh in the restaurant would be. 10 stars!
