Don’t bother with app or order agead. They “fill with what they have” 10 minutes before p/u time. 0/3 in pre-order accuracy but you’re welcome to wait 45 minutes. Why? I ordered 2 hours ago. Waste of time. And if you want a credit they can’t do that either.

Ordered a Baker’s Dozen Bundle, bagels only, no cream cheese. Cashier rang me up with cream cheese. I apologized and said I wanted no cream cheese. He gave me crap for it, saying that’s not a Baker’s Dozen Bundle, those only came with cream cheese. Who the hell cares? Apparently the menu is wrong, or I’m wrong, or he’s wrong. Just give me no cream cheese.

Just pulled a hair out of my bagel sandwich. You call them over and over and no one’s picked up. They also forgot two sides and a bagel. Couldn’t even tell me where my order was when I walked in.

I always get Bruegger’s bagels when we are in MSP. I love the chew that these bagels have and there is a good selection of cream cheese flavors. The lines can get long and most of stores close by 2pm so plan accordingly.

Do you want your food in 45 minutes? Heck no, they use to have one guy working behind the counter and he was slinging out sandwiches. Now they have 15 people behind the counter and they each take turns making tik toks or something , a sandwich should not take 45 minutes to make.

I suggest you avoid this place like the plague!! I used to regularly purchase (for over a year) a dozen bagels and cream cheese every week from this Brugger's. The last two times I bought bagels there, the bagels were very dark brown and rubbery tough, like they were overcooked. I complained to the Manager and corporate customer service about it and they both just blew me off. In fact, corporate Customer Service didn't even respond to two email complaints I filed with them! I haven't gone there since and will never frequent a Bruegger's again.
UPDATE: Don't buy the Bruegger's response to my posting. Bruegger's emailed me to ask for more info on my post. I submitted it immediately and HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE!!!

This place has really hit rock bottom. The employees are rude and slow. They have you order at register now instead of with the people who actually make your sandwich. They don’t even bother to acknowledge you. It took over 20 minutes for me to get one sandwich and they weren’t busy, they stand around and gossip. The baker was good and kept busy. I used to work here many years ago and it was much busier and our team handled things smoothly while communicating with our customers, keeping our prep line clean, and working productively as a team. It was disappointing to see what’s happened to such a great restaurant.

The employees here are unbelievable rude! They don’t greet you or say hello, they just walk to the register and stare at you until you place your order. They all act like everyone that walks in is an inconvenience.

My first time going to this location I ordered the hash brown bites careless people put my bites into a bag, not covered and then it’s cold. They did not warm up my food. I am very pissed.

The employees are very rude that's a negative right off the bat but the thing I found the most disgusting was the food prep line. having worked in a food service environment myself the standard of cleanliness is abhorrent and completely unacceptable the floors were the dirtyst I have ever seen in a food prep environment I would not be surprised if someone got sick because of the food here and I'll be praying for myself tonight and I don't even believe in God maybe this place might put me back in church
