I always love a Bruegger’s bagel. But. Looks like the management have really let the store go. It used to be clean, lots of seating, a friendly place to hang out and enjoy some food and a coffee. They’ve done a terrible job, keeping it clean removed all the tables and made it a lot less customer friendly the people working here we’re not very customer friendly either.

Would not go to this place. Ever since the management change it is an unorganized, dysfunctional mess. It should not take over 30 minutes to get a bagel. This is not a one time thing. This has happened multiple times. Will not be coming back.

This is by far the nicest Bruegger's I have ever been to! The store is clean; the food is always fresh and NEVER have to wait to long for my food. BUT the employees are the BEST! Best part of my morning is talking with the staff! Nice work Bruegger's on Cliff! Keep rockin it!

Since they switched away from assembling orders as you order things have gotten very very very slow. (40 mins)

I’m not sure if it’s staffing or a focus on online orders, but this place is now a joke.

People are waiting all over the place and if you eat-in, you will be right at a$$ level. Enjoy the view.

The empty dirty ingredients contained are stacked up on the assembly bar which matches the rest of the chaos.

Note to owner: don’t bother with a canned, “I’m sorry that happened” response. After the 20th response with the same message you are clearly not sorry.

It took over 30 min to get my order of 2 bagels. Changing the in-person ordering process is less efficient, but it probably allows them to focus on online orders. Unfortunately the app is limited in customization options. During the wait, the place was crowded with all of the other customers waiting, which meant the few tables were taken by people waiting, and not available for people who wanted a place to eat. If you have you have anything scheduled for the rest of the day, don't bother or let people know you will be late.

Personally, I will be purchasing a toaster oven and staying home.

We used to love it here. Service is so ridiculously slow and disorganized. Order on the app and it still takes 45 min for two bagel sandwiches
 that were missing ingredients (sun dried tomato and sliced tomato on the Bacon avocado tomato egg white and bacon on the farmhouse). Just ridiculous.

God bless the three people working on a Saturday morning wait was long but they kept chipping away at the orders and stayed positive! Get them some help though! Half a dozen uncut bagels with a half hour wait is a bit much
