They originally missed one of the three bagels we had ordered which was a bummer. Came back and explained, staff was super nice and apologetic, then remade the full order instead of just the one missing bagel. Was definitely above and beyond what I was expecting. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be back!

We love coming to visit the Eagan Bruegger’s because Kenzie always has a friendly smile and greets us. We also love Angie and the new GM Ashley. The people here take the time to learn our order and ask about our day. They are so kind and friendly. The store is clean and we are grateful for this great stop in the day. It is a huge plus it shares a door with Caribou coffee. Stop in for a better day, any day.

Bruegger's Bagels had a great variety of sweet and savory bagel options. The bagels were soft and tasty. The double stack bagel sandwich was delicious!
We enjoyed our first time at this restaurant.
The brunch box looks like a great option for a variety of bagels, muffins and cheesy potatoes too.

If you are looking for gluten free, there isn't a gluten free bagel. The cheesy potatoes are the only thing gf on the menu. It's tasty, yet a bit small.

A quick coffee is available. If you prefer a different drink, even water, you can walk over to the Caribou Coffee which is connected internally. Caribou Coffee has one gf breakfast item on the menu as well.
Thank you!

Best guest experience at the location off Cliff Road in Eagan. I was having a bad morning until Kenzie helped me. Not only did she greet me with a smile, but made my frown turn upside down. Such a sweet and helpful young lady.
Thank you, Kenzie! Because of you, I will definitely be back.

I understand today was a likely busy day. However, after placing an order for a 10:30 pick up, the order was not ready for pickup. The issue then became the young man working the register was of no assistance and did not hand the order over for pickup 20 minutes after it was ready. He was asked prior to finally handing the order over about it and was not able to explain what was going on or that it would be “right up.” It was sitting there for 20 minutes even when asked. Frustrating, poor service.

I ordered 3 bagels.. 2 sandwiches & 1 with cream cheese. There was only 2 people before me waiting. I had to wait like 10-15 minutes for them to cook eggs & give me my order which was easy but people after me was getting their food. The sandwiches was made wrong. I had to travel all the way back to Burnsville from apple valley because they messed up my order. When I traveled there to get my food made correctly I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to make my 2 messed up sandwiches. NO APOLOGIES!! NO NOTHING!! My order was (Ham Egg & Cheese on Garlic bagel, my child (Sausage Egg & cheese plain bagel) my other child (plain bagel & strawberry cream cheese) all $20 & then on top of that where is the meat (Ham)? For $7 a bagel it was never worth it. They was taking care of regular customers instead of non regular customers

I ordered 6 bagels for takeout. The shop added an additional 20 cent charge for slicing each bagel! How cheap can you get?

It is ridiculous that I am waiting over 30-45 minutes for a single bagel… I’m waiting in line while Crewmember are working around the line of people and not caring about us whatsoever, just for our orders to get taken and not fulfilled in a timely manner. Never coming back to this location.
