I just watched the young lady at the register never change her gloves. She grabbed the food Pulled bread out a bag. Put in a bag. Went to the strawberries pulled off the sheet put in a bag. Opened my container put it in. Grabbed a bag placed my items in the bag. Used the register. The proceeded to go onto the next person. Watched this for 4 people. Same process. I said something I just got looked at.

I thoroughly LOVE this place! Great wholesome food, salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The atmosphere is upbeat and cheerful, the staff are very professional yet friendly. You have much selections! My favorites: the mushroom soup, curry, and the salads are fabulous, love the honey cottage cheese protein bowl, and every meal gets a choc dipped strawberry is a nice nice treat!
Very good alternative for fresh food. Good variety of glutenfree options.

My girlfriend and I are regulars at the Eagan Café Zupas, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. It’s honestly one of our favorite spots. The employees are always incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. But Ben, the manager, truly goes above and beyond for his customers. When I mentioned I couldn’t find my birthday reward email, he went out of his way to make my day by surprising me with a free cake and two fountain drinks. That kind of generosity and customer care really sticks with you. He really shows how much he values his customers. His kindness, positivity, and genuine care for customers make this location special. We always leave feeling appreciated, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!! <3 :)

It was my first time ordering here, and I wish they had some self-order kiosks. Trying to figure out the menu while ordering can be a bit stressful when you’ve got a people waiting behind you.
During peak hours, I noticed the line can get a little long.
All in all, tasty food, fresh ingredients, and a place I’d definitely visit again — just give me a kiosk next time, and it’s five stars! ⭐
