I’ve don’t curbside order twice and both times, I had waited for about 10 minutes for them to bring my order to my car before walking in myself to see barely any customers inside. There were about 5-6 workers in the front or on the floor cleaning and no one in line. I even told them that I was waiting outside for my food for 10 minutes, they acted like there was nothing wrong. I’m still trying to figure out why not a single one of them could have brought my food out?! Poor service! Even though the food is still very good, I don’t think the service is worth the hassle.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Zupa. My friend suggested I try it, and I'm so glad I did. The outdoor area was inviting, and Anna's enthusiasm was contagious. She was a fountain of knowledge about the menu and was genuinely excited to share her expertise. Her passion for her work was refreshing, and she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. The nourish bowl was flavorful and fresh, and I'll definitely return for more. A sparkling water option would be a great addition, but overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Zupa!

I never ordering salads here again. I ordered the berry mango salad and there was hardly any fruit. You would think what the money you spend for these salads they would add a little more than just a few berries. Then when I asked if I could have more they told me it would be an extra charge. Ridiculous!

Not a fan of the menu changes. This is the second time in a row I’ve been disappointed, I won’t be back. Now all the bowls only come with chicken and even worse its fatty chicken thighs. Yuck. The Korean kick bowl was so good when it was made with brisket. Now it’s blah. I ordered extra protein and actually ate none of it because it was so fatty and gross.

Cafe Zupas, known for their house made soup. So of course I had dabble into the chicken noodle. Right away I notice the unique decision to utilize the power of the fusilli shaped noodle. WOW. Great texture (one word, scrumptious). The variety of seasoning in the broth was like the Fourth of July in my mouth accept the fireworks were seasoning bursting with flavor.
