I have been here couple of times. The veggie soups and sandwiches are good, and reasonably priced.

Love this place, but never order ahead between 11-12 if you are on a schedule. They are constantly 10-15 minutes late on orders because they prioritize large orders above everything else, even a lobby full of waiting people.

Cafe Zupas is one of my favorite sandwich stops in the Twin City area. The sandwiches are delicious, and very filling. A chocolate-dipped strawberry comes with your meal. This place is set up in an assembly-line fashion, which helpes the line keep moving. The staff members were all friendly. For the quality of ingredients, the prices are not bad at all. There are also protein bowls, salads, soups, and some next level deserts.

This is the BEST food in Eagan!
BEN; ( a manager) runs a super friendly lunch •rush full of smiles & great customer service~ from the entire staff! Clean place!
There are fab.* protein bowls, soups, sandwiches, no sugar ( honey) beverages, bread, & strawberries! Impressive! 🍓☮️

I was craving something tasty and healthy and this really hit the spot. I got the take 2 option with a half soup and half salad and it was a generous, perfect portion of food. The nuts and berries salad was tasty and not drenched in dressing, but my fave part of the meal was the mushroom bisque. Lots of umami in every bite. Ample tables and chairs for seating and lots of food options! Also thanks to Serieh for helping me pick a good soup. 10/10 would lunch here again

The sandwiches and soup are amazing, they also have really good warm bowls too. My favorite part is definitely getting a chocolate strawberry with my meal. 🍓 The service has always been friendly and I love their drink variety. I've been looking for more fruity drinks that aren't soda to kick the habit. Will be back!
