It's a small restaurant with a few dine-in tables. They have a very reasonably priced lunch specials and some regular dishes. Their lunch specials are pretty good value with more than decent amount of food. They also have some pho, not the best (especially if you compared to California's standard) but it is pretty decent IMHO, maybe 7 or 8 out of 10 for the pho. Their lunch specials value are 8 or 9 of 10.

If you’re looking for delicious authentic asian food, look no further. Cam Ranh Bay in Eagan is one of my favorite places to go. The pho and shaking beef are great and my favorite appetizer is the tofu with yellow curry. The staff and service is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place!!
I've been coming here pretty frequently maybe for about a year and it's almost always the same nice lady at the front which greets you right away. The space is very small. It's not really a dining spot as they have maybe two tables and you see people picking up food a lot. The items that I have gotten have been incredible! Super flavorful and what I would consider pretty authentic. The lemongrass chicken is a real standout dish. I think they have some of the best wontons around as well. Also, I think the lunch special is something around $12-$14 which is pretty good in the standard age, especially for the proportion they gave you. Overall, I just really love this spot. It's kind of one of those hole in the wall is that you wouldn't know was an excellent food unless you took a gamble and I suggest you do!

My experience with takeout from this local restaurant last weekend was terrible. BBQ Pork Lo Mein served with blackened noodles which tasted like they were seasoned with cigarette ashes. Cannot remember any other occasion when I have been as disappointed in a meal.

I was placing an order over the phone and asked question about the menu item pictured on their website. Lady who was taking the order told me that she has no idea what the item is since she never look at their website. I was trying to describe the dish to her but she was rude, became very agitated and let me feel that. This made me uncomfortable, I stopped the order, hang up the phone and took my business to another Vietnamese restaurant in the area. This place definitely needs to improve staff knowledge and customer service.
