Food is AhhhhMAZing!! We usually go to the Burnsville Cam Ranh Bay and have been going there for YEARS. Was anxiously waiting for a Cam Ranh Bay to open up here in Eagan. And we were NOT disappointed. In fact we were pleasantly surprised that the food was so delicious. Even (dare I say) better than the Burnsville location.... *Gasp*.....I know I KNOW we were SURPRISED by this fact. We went on a Tuesday afternoon. The location is more of a "pick up" location. You do NOT go there for the atmosphere. There is NONE. Just a few "lunch tables" set up in a small area in front of where you order your food. But if you are looking for scrumptious mouth watering AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food THIS is the place for you! EVERYTHING we ordered was DELICIOUS. The Spicy Shrimp Noodle, Sesame Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli, Won Tons and Egg Rolls we ordered did NOT disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! And I am so ECSTATIC that it's so close to us. We definitely will be coming back for MORE.....Again and AGAIN. It's our NEW favorite Asian food place. (Sorry Burnsville) Lol

Possibly the best spring rolls in Minnesota. I also had the steak pho and their broth is great. Highly recommend this one!

This was not even close to the experience in Burnsville. Seems like completely different restaurant.

I have been going to Cam Rahn Bay in Bville for many years so very happy to have a closer option in Eagan. The eggrolls are the best I have ever had and I eat a lot of different Asian cuisines. The spicy chicken and pho are also both very tasty. The negative review on here seems to be a confused person that does not know the difference between Vietnamese and Chinese food. Also this location was never Anna Chung which is still in it's original location by Davani's so just disregard that odd ramble of misinformation. if you like Vietnamese food, you will like Cam Rahn Bay.

Finally, f’n finally!! There is a Vietnamese restaurant that has really tasty food in Eagan. We got fried pot stickers, lo mein, pho, grilled chx and egg rolls. All delicious. I can’t tell you how happy we are that we don’t have to drive 30 minutes into either city to get great Vietnamese food anymore.

We have been waiting for amazing Chinese/Vietnamese food in Eagan. Meat is high quality, egg rolls are amazing (not greasy), and great lo mein. Owner is very nice and service is top notch.

During Thanksgiving prep, I'm in no mood to cook a meal for my husband and my turkey day helpers. My husband suggested trying Cam Ranh Bay and I agreed since I last ate at the Burnsville location well over a decade ago. I have to give him credit, he's batting 1000 on Asian restaurants, and this was no exception. We ordered many different selections and found all of our meals, fresh, loaded with vegetables and good cuts of meat, flavorful and tender. He ordered the chicken chow mein, I got the "beef green pepper and onion" which was pepper steak. We ordered cream cheese wontons, egg rolls, hot and sour soup, pork skewers and shrimp lo mein.I didn't love the cream cheese wontons, but I've been unable to find any as light and delicious as the ones they used to make at Ho Ting before it was taken over by the new owners. They weren't bad at all, just heavier. The rest of the food was fantastic. Egg rolls were served sliced, and were lighter and not greasy than typically served. Pork skewers were fresh and flavorful. My husband is a repeat customer of the chicken chow mein, Pepper steak is such a safe and usually boring choice, but here is was rich and flavorful-both red and green peppers with a wonderful sauce. What made it really great was little chunks of pineapple-really upped the flavor! I was pleasantly surprised! The portions were huge for all three entrees, so we had leftovers into the weekend. Food is ready quick, and by the time we got it home ten minutes after pick-up, it was still piping hot.

While the service was fine the ambience allows seating for 10-12, I WENT THERE FOR THE FOOD! And boy was I disappointed in the pork fried rice. The pork was so over cooked that I could barely chew it. Plus all the favor was cooked right out of it. The orange chicken was made from boneless thighs that had gristle in every bite. At 62 y/o I cannot remember a worse vietnamese or chinese restaurant. This is the worst restaurant food I have ever eaten of any type of cuisine. I dropped $30 on orange chicken, very plain small container of fried rice and BBQ pork fried rice. I am throwing out about 85% of the meal. Leeann Chin and Panda express all beat the pants off of Cam Rahn Bay. Not that either of them are all that for chinese food. Do not go to Cam Rahn Bay. We told the owner that we used to order from the previous tenant Anna Chungs and that this was the first time we were ordering from them. I'd have thought the owner would have wanted to make a good first impression since we only live 1.5 miles from them, but no. I will never spend another dime in there and you shouldn't either.

I frequent here often. It's a small hole in the wall restaurant. The food is affordable and delicious. I often get lemongrass chicken and have not been disappointed.
