The GF pizza at Carbone's in Eagan is delicious! Some of the best that I've had. My siblings and I have gone here for lunch a couple of times now and I look forward to going back!

If I could give a zero I would. This is our local restaurant we go to almost weekly. I have never had such terrible service. I waited over an hour and a half for my food and ended up with buffalo sauce instead of French dressing for my salad. Obviously not knowing it’s buffalo because it’s marked French I poured it all over my salad. When I called to let them know the mistake, right away the girl who answered the phone was very unsympathetic and first response was hmm that’s weird we pre pour our sauces and label them so that could never happen.

Well it did! As I tried to explain my frustration I was told I could wait another hour for a salad or get a $6 dollar credit. I first asked for a contact to the owner or a complaint department for the unpleasant encounter and the girl wouldn’t give me the information I then asked to speak to the manager and she refused to talk to me and then proceeded to shout in the back ground that there’s nothing they can do for me and told the girl on the phone to hang up on me. After she hung up on me I called back to ensure I would get at least a refund and the manager was very rude and yelled at me stating “you’re the rude one for being mad at us for something that’s not our fault!”

Absolutely terrible feeling as a customer especially being 38 weeks pregnant and already waited over a hour and a half for my dinner. I will never give them any of my business and will be reaching out to the BBB and our AG for follow up I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional the manager was it is not on the customer when I restaurant makes a mistake even when busy if you can’t handle the heat stay out the kitchen.

Always enjoy coming back to Carbone’s. Had the mini pizza for lunch and it was delicious. Servers were pleasant and attentive and the price was good.

I walked in at 8:45 to order to go. They were so backed up with orders that I couldn't get a pizza. Disappointed but that's just how popular they are.

We used to live in Roseville and would get Carbone's often. Now we live out of range - so when we saw the restaurant next to our hotel, we jumped at the opportunity to eat their pizza.
Still good. Didn't like the Christian music videos on the TV, but dug the big fish tanks.

Wheelchair accessibility: My daughter is in a wheelchair and she was able to get around pretty easily.

We called in a pizza order on Thursday June 20. My wife went in to pick it up, paid, and was informed they forgot to make it. We came back in 20 minutes and they said they gave our pizza to someone else. They gave us credit. The charge and the credit were for the wrong pizza, A five dollar overcharge. We have come here sence it opened. Not sure I want to come back.

Very friendly service. The sauce for the spaghetti and meatballs was good. Kids menu is small but adequate. A few local beers in cans available.

Came in with a group of five and got treated with the utmost respect from our server, Jackie. She really does know how to brighten your day if you get the pleasure of having her as your server. Really adds to the great experience!

We ordered pizza fries and a pizza with veggies on half. The pizza had veggies on like 3/4 of it and sprinkled on the whole thing, so my picky eater barely touched it. Then no sauce came with the pizza fries, which was disappointing. The food overall was good but I'd definitely open the boxes before you leave.

I was staying at the Marriott next door and walked here for some good pizza and was not disappointed. Get the deep dish. It’s really good pizza and way more authentic than Punch. In May I’m be coming back for training and will try the thin crust.
