I was staying at the Marriott next door and walked here for some good pizza and was not disappointed. Get the deep dish. It’s really good pizza and way more authentic than Punch. In May I’m be coming back for training and will try the thin crust.
This place is nasty they are young and horrible good and customer service is rediculous

My food did not come as ordered(did not get what was paid for as "extra"). My pizza was practically glued to the box it came in. Very underwhelming. And to top it off, found a hair melted into the cheese. Yeah pretty sure I'm not coming back. For the cost, it should have been a very different experience.

Great service and food choices! Pizza and salads for us all the time! Salads served with garlic or cheese breads. Tap beer 2 choices and great wings and sandwich options. Spaghetti is always a great choice for kids and adults!

This was the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in a while. Saturday, 11/04/2023, 7:00pm and about half full. I ordered a 10” pepperoni and my partner ordered a 10” taco pizza. Mine came out and the waitress didn’t say anything-just walked off. My partner told me to go ahead and start as hers wouldn’t be far behind. A little bit later, pizzas were taken to a table that came in about 20 minutes after us. I was already halfway done. My partner said there was no point staying since I was almost done so when the waitress returned I asked her to just box up the pizza since I was almost done and let her know it was frustrating not to eat together. The waitress said that it takes longer to cook the taco pizza than the pepperoni. I told her I would expect a restaurant to know how to cook in order to serve a table all at once and asked for a manager. She replied, “I am the manager”, and walked off. No apology, no offer to rectify the situation. Received the bill in full, no apology, no request to come back and no box for the remaining pieces of my pizza. We got home after an 8 minute drive and my partner opened the pizza was was cold. Not warm at all-it did not just get done. Interestingly, there were also no tortilla chips on the pizza-they were still in the bag. It appears that maybe it was packaged for pick up instead of for a customer in the restaurant? At any rate. There was no accountability, apology or compensation for a ruined dinner out

On October 21 I ordered a pizza and salad from Carbone's in Eagan. The pizza arrived cold and there was no salad. I called Carbone's and told them the issue. They said they would get the salad right out. I waited...and waited...and waited. When it FINALLY arrived it was wilted sloppy lettuce, it was simply inedible. I called Carbone's again and rather than asking how to fix it the manager responded by telling me she just started her shift so it wasn't her fault. I admit I was frustrated and when she immediately responded the way she did, my frustration level rose. Not once did she offer to do anything. She was more concerned about who's fault it was. She asked if I ordered it through Carbone's or Door Dash. I told her that I ordered it from their website. She told me it was ordered through Door Dash. So in addition, I am a liar. At that poiint I told the manager to do whatever she wanted and I hung up. I still have not received anything. Supposedly this location is under new ownership, I am not convinced that is a positive change. Beware of supporting this business!

Love Carbone's! Best thin crust pizza around.Only regret is that Eagan would expand to a full restaurant similar to Apple Valley.
Note to self: Know your Italian cuisine before ordering. I wanted an antipasto salad but mistakenly ordered a side salad instead. My mistake however the waitress was eager to replace my salad with the antipasto, I thought it would be wasteful so I ate the salad.Not what I wanted but delicious, nonetheless. I'll just have to come back and order the right thing next time. Happy good mistake!
