Just went through drive-thru for our 3 drinks. They were all messed up. Which is okay. But then they went to fix them, and they screwed up again. I called her out, her excuse was "you didn't pay for that". Which I did. Because I know the total for my 3 drinks with extra shots. Also my daughters drink was darker than mine. I had 2 extra shots of espresso! Nope! Then, to top it all off. They told us to pull up to the spot where we pulled up, and then we got bitched at by other customers for where we pulled up causing a whole big thing while we waited for them to bring out my beverage. So upset. I will probably never return. Sorry for that. Not sorry. Period.

Caribou always gets my order right, except for this morning I ordered a pumpkin white mocha but instead I got a pumpkin latte, luckily I like both and they made it really good so I let it slide, and the staff was friendly as always.

It took me 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee, people that ordered specialty drinks after mine got them before, I could understand if the coffee had to get brewed. I’ll continue to use caribou, just not sure if that location

Went there early this morning. Wanted to try pumpkin white mocha whoever made it needs to go back to making gas station. Coffee Way too sweet. Seems like it had more syrup flavor than actual coffee would never go back even if they offered me a refund or a free cup of coffee. Would have never want to be let down twice

Purchased 2lbs. of coffee beans and a mocha. The attendant seemed to be newer and could only apply the Perk's 5% to one of the two bags and assumed that the new system would only allow the discount to one bag per visit. I pushed back gently and mentioned that I knew that the 5% should apply to both bags as this similar situation occurred at another location. One of the shift leads was brought into the situation and it took a few tries for her to figure it out, but she got it to apply the 5% to the second bag, apologized for the confusion and thanked me for my patience. She "gets" what "service recovery" means and delivers. Thank you for listening and taking action on my feedback/request.
Feedback for Caribou corporate....it shouldn't be that difficult for a team member to figure out how to apply the 5% to multiple bags of coffee. This is a trend I've encountered multiple times at other locations (hence I gently pushed back for them to figure it out.) If the 5% discount is a promoted "benefit" of Perks, it should be easily calculated ...if not automatically applied to the appropriate bean purchases when a Perks number is part of the order.
Ya'll figured out how to bring up an automatic tip screen with every transaction. I'm sure you can figure out how to make delivery of the brand-promoted 5% benefit happen seamlessly, too.
Just stopped for coffee, no food today. I love their outdoor patio. Sometimes it’s just a bit too cold inside. The dark roast coffee is the best no matter what kind. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Small caribou but not too busy so it is easy to get a coffee. Not a big fan of the food, but is easy to get. The workers were great and very helpful! Also there is a drive through here.
