The worst service experience I ever received at Caribou. Unfriendly and not welcoming staff. If you want your day ruined, visit them. If you want your day to be bright and happy, stay away from Caribou Eagan store

I will always choose Caribou over Starbucks. Caribou is by far the superior coffee shop in the Midwest. I really love the staff at every location I visit. They're all so friendly and helpful. They don't rush me or make me feel like I'm being an inconvenience to them.

In town for State Bowling tournament to go to my favorite coffee shop place to order my Nitro cold press, half caramel and extra shot. As a former Caribou barista, I get it, it’s like the latte, but I still wanted the caramel without the milk. The eye rolls, sarcasm, and unprofessionalism was uncalled for. Anywhere else I go, they get it right and when I asked, “is there milk in it?”, the older lady with brown hair and pony tail was rude. The girl at the counter was fine when I was greeted and thanked me for the tip, which they clearly don’t deserve. So when the older lady copped an attitude. The younger gal rolled her eyes as well.
I leave, get into my car (parked in front of the store front window) and the older lady felt the need to look directly at me and start dancing. Whatever is going on, maybe leave it at the door of work to get upset over you making a drink wrong and take it out on a guest that is lactose intolerant (yes, I can handle the caramel in small amounts).

really sad that Caribou has been out of Spicy Mocha at the last 2 locations and it is just the 16th of Dec. This should not be happening this early in the season.

Very poor service! The staff seem miserable. The drinks are as expected, but the service is awful. Multiple times it has taken nearly 5 mins to get my drink even though it's not busy. Another time, in addition to taking forever, when my drink was finished it was not announced and sat at the counter.

I love this location so much and the managers and employees there are so amazing. Love my caribou thanks for being right next to my store. Your fav girl from Pizza Hut. Leah :)
