Unfortunately the company supports ICE more than their employees and their neighborhoods they rely on. I'm out on caribou. Been a near daily customer for 15+ years.

I ordered a medium latte and really frustrated that there's about an inch and a half room left in the cup where coffee should be. You can see by the foam that I have not taken a drink. When paying $6 for a latte, I expect to get the full 16 oz and not cheated out of a full drink. Stop the shrinkage Caribou Coffee please!!!

The rating speaks for itself. The customer service was good. The store was clean. The service was quick. Unfortunately the 4 out 5 stars 🌟 came from the barista. She came with drink and the drink was spilt on the side. I wouldn't mind coming to this location again........

Bou! I need you to get some feedback to your team. I love this place and I'm stung! Ya see if I mobile order for delivery through the app I can't tip my driver unless I have cash. The tip goes to the baristas. If I order through Uber eats I don't get my Caribou rewards. The drivers are coming to where I live and it makes me uncomfortable to think someone might retaliate when I've assumed I've been tipping!
