The steaks are always perfectly cooked (I only once had a steak that was sent back for former cooking, and it was returned perfect). I LOVE their au gratin potatoes—I don’t know where else you can find so gratin potatoes in the Twin Cities area. A side salad comes included (their blue cheese is very good), as well as warm bread. I think it’s a great value where you don’t need to pay a bunch of money for everything a la carte like some restaurants do.
What a wonderful party we had in your loft today for our son's 18th birthday! Your staff was AMAZING and we received nothing but compliments from our family members who were in attendance! We will definitely recommend Casper's to everyone looking for a place for a casual, fun party with great food and amazing staff! I’ll be so honest everything about this place is perfect however the karaoke is weird it’s on a Friday/Saturday and it should be on a Wednesday/Thursday. Passed that the audio should be less bass, more lyrical cuz that’s the whole point
