The Manager was not nice , My order was wrong and i was not rude about it. He Snatched my order out my hands and was red in the face , hopefully my food wasn’t spit in this wasn’t a nice experience ???

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was great and friendly and also had table side service for drink refills. Food came out just like we ordered. It was fresh and hot and quick. Usually always the go-to for a chicken samdwhich, and mac n cheese with the sweet tea! Can't beat it!

Nate was a very rude employer. I asked for a vanilla shake with no whip cream and he proceeded to give me a shake with whip cream and said I’m making a big deal out of it for no reason. I ended up just leaving with the shake but his attitude really affected the day I was already having. He was just mean.

Never disappointing, always delicious. The waffle fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken is a little greasy but I love it! I can't get enough of the chick fil a sauce ?The staff at this location were great! Fast friendly service. Clean restroom. Large dining area. Kid's play area.

Like to write a personal positive review. Went to Eagan Chik Fila. Received an item that was supposed to have bacon in it but did not. Was going to leave it alone and leave. Was called via phone not 2 Minutes later by a Chik Fila manager saying they forgot to add the bacon to the order and wondered If I would like to come back for it. Was already in parking lot. He came out and said he wanted to make sure my order was correct. Got a free Mac and cheese out of it. They care about their customers. This is the Chik-Fil-A in Eagan, MN.
Very friendly service and great food. Also, one of the cleanest dining areas I've seen in a long time. Great Job Team!!!!!

I had not been to a Chick in awhile. I was pleasantly happy when I stepped in the door. Very nice man took our order. & asked did we need sauces. We hadn't sat down long. ( at a table with chairs and a booth type on other side table) , Our food came to us. Nice & hot. I loved those waffle fries. Usually not. The chicken sandwich was really good. I didn't have to get a knife to cut it through. Lettuce, tomato, a little chicken sauce. & asked if you want cheese on it. We had gotten a mac & cheese ordered. They said it was pretty good. I should try it next time. Fellow came out & checked on us, did we need refills on our drinks? . This was a good place. Saw some children . Didn't hear them. Don't know if there must be a play place. The bathroom was nice & big enough for a handicapped person . Plus a friend in other stall. Keep up the nice place & thanks to our cashier.

Didn’t know but if you have kids and want to eat and have a place to the kids play this is a good place. Have a playground inside. And the food is really good special the chick-fil-A sauce. Note: the fries are fried on peanut oil
