Great service! our waitress was great! We had a party of 16 with 9 being children under the age of 9.I would definitely recommend this location.

We understand that everyone is having problems with staffing shortages--we try to be patient. The wait to get a table was 30 minutes--not unusual at any restaurant lately. However, once we were seated--it was 20 minutes before the server came and asked for our drink order and took our food order. (The restaurant was only half full at best). That was not acceptable. The food did arrive quickly (20 minutes) and was delicious as usual for Chili's. Because of the good food and quick arrival of the food we will be generous and give it an average rating. But they really need to work on getting people quickly attended to after seating.

Me and the boys on a business trip stopped into this location, had a good experience overall little bit of a wait to be seated but once we were, the beers and the chips and salsa were flowing. We all ordered 2 meals each and almost finished all of it had to get a box. Bill wasn't too expensive and it was a good time might come back in the near future

I had dinner here as there weren't a lot of other options nearby. My main course (ancho salmon) and one of my sides (rice) were perfectly cooked as ordered. The only issue was the second side, steamed broccoli. The broccoli wasn't cooked. It was served totally raw as in uncooked. To the restaurant's credit, a goodwill discount gesture was applied to my bill.

Ugh furniture shopping on a Saturday brought us here as the kids were dying of starvation. I have been to a Chili's in years and it was at an airport. I have to start out with the best thing first and work my way down from there. Service.Even though somewhat slow, waiter was great. He was busy but I could tell he was working hard and trying to to a good job. I commend that. The food was good because we were starving. Nothing exciting, but did the job. Now is where I really draw the line. Beer. Lukewarm. How can this be acceptable. I started with an ultra then to a Bud Light thinking it would be improved, but it wasn't. If we return to Chili's it would simply be because everything else was closed or too crowded.

This was a joke coming here. First off we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Food was awesome however, the service was terrible. The server would roll her eyes at us and gave off the feeling that we were too much trouble. We all ordered appetizers for our lunch. We ordered them exactly as they come no special requests. After about a half hour after ordering the manager and the server approached our table and stated that our order didn't get to kitchen and apologized for the problem and offered free desserts. We told them that was fine and that we understand things happen. So after another half an hour we finally get our food. After our meal we told asked our server about our free desserts. She definitely was not happy rolled her eyes was again left and brought us a dessert menu and said now what desserts do you want? Then the manager came to the table and said he meant only 1dessert for all of us to share. I kid you not that's what he said 1 dessert for 4 people to share during Covid. Just f'n wow! We then declined the dessert and asked for our check. The he said well what about a cookie? By this time I'm no longer in a friendly mood I said how about just giving us our bill. The server was rude the manager was ridiculous and the restaurant was filthy. I posted a picture of the years worth of grime
We stopped here earlier today for supper. We arrived about 4 p.m. A section of the restaurant was closed & they were only seating in certain areas. I believe there were only 3 servers working. We were literally put on a waitlist at 4 p.m. on a Thursday night. After finally being seated, it took forever for the server to come over to even take our drinks order. Once she finally arrived to our table, we went ahead and ordered our appetizer and our meal. Since we are rewards members we thought we were entitled to free chips and salsa but our server told us since we had a coupon for a free appetizer. we couldn't have any chips and salsa. Really? She was very nice and everything but the service was terribly slow. Don't plan on dining here unless you have a couple of hours to kill

Sounded appealing so I tried the Margarita Grilled Chicken. 3 filets of chicken breast cooked perfectly tender. Wonder why I cant get it to come out this tender at home. Topped with tortilla chip crumbles over mexican rice, black beans and tomatoes with a slice of lime that balances out the dryness of the black beans, Flavors come together well and I enjoyed the dish. A basket o chips and dip was also good as the salsa carries flavor and the lime flavor gives it a kick.

Our family dined here this evening. We had a nice experience. The service was polite and prompt. The food we ordered came as expected and had good flavor. The chips and salsa at this restaurant chain are a family favorite. The restaurant was clean on the inside.
