I had the big bites sliders with fries and a coke. The sliders are so good. Went to eat on New Years eve. Place was hopping but food was on the table fast. Our server was attentive and friendly. 2 for one drinks are always nice as well.
About 12 hours after my visit I started uncontrollably vomiting for about 7 hours. My body aches and I'm being tested for norovirus. The older server with big hair was also extremely rude to us and tables near us. A couple who spoke broken English near us got terrible service and was snapped at. It took us 10 minutes to get waters and when she brought them, she practically threw them on the table and ran away (without saying anything), making us wait for another 10 minutes to order our food. The only thing that came out fast was the food, most likely because it wasn't cooked properly.

This Chili’s while the food was good and so was our waitress… seems to have a REALLY bad draft and even indoors it felt like you were sitting outside on a patio… we were seated near the windows and we had to wear our winter coats the whole time.

So this is an edited review!! Dec 1,2024 1st experience at chilis was NOT good, no one waited on me and I told the manager I was going to Wendy’s across the street due to no one waiting on me, I thought he would immediately ask me to sit down and he himself wait on me but nope and (in case you’re curious cold fries at Wendy’s sucked)! I was in town (in the state actually) for a job interview staying in a hotel who highly recommended chilis.. at the interview they gave me a gift card for chilis.. I thought ok LORD let’s try this again Dec 2,2024 I walk in and immediately a lady named Gina sits me at a nice table away from the bar area this time and says hi my name is Gina and I’ll be your server! She not only takes my drink order right then but helps with food recommendation (which I had hers)!! Before I knew it my food was there and so hot fresh and perfectly cooked I was in awe was this even the same place as the night before? Gina really turned my dinner into a perfect dining experience!! And had a drink and my chips in to-go containers without me even asking! If only we could all be lucky enough to have a “Gina” every time!

Chili’s takes home another W. I’ve literally never had a bad experience at Chili’s and tonight was a 10 star experience.
For context. Me and my girlfriend were having a pretty bad night leading up to going to chilis. We were hungry and thought, hey, Chili’s always hits the spot. We saw they closed in 45 minutes and hoped that it wouldn’t be a big inconvenience for the waitstaff.
When we arrived, the server was so hospitable and welcoming. He was the bartender and was so nice and said that of course we could still eat.
We both ordered the Big Smasher burgers, (fake Big Mac) and wow, they are incredible. Our waiter even made sure we had super hot fresh fries, which were crispy and delicious.
Then on our way out, we talked to the manager, Curtis, and he was just an incredible person. Kind, warmhearted, generous, and just outstanding. Curtis and our waiter literally turned a bad night (unrelated to chili’s) into an unforgettable experience.
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CURTIS. He is the man.

Was very busy when we went, restaurant was almost full. Our waitress was great. She was friendly and despite how busy they were she got our order in and we got food pretty quick. The food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Curtis is a very good person,......thank you again sir,and the food was excellent by the way !!!!!, I left my wallet over there placing an order and I didn't even know that I'd left it and I got a call from Curtis say I'd left my wallet on the table,rushed back over there and got it cause I'm a truck driver and my whole world is in that wallet........... thanks again Curtis,good things are going to happen to you sir,I believe in honesty,and being kind to others. Glad I had the chance to meet you sir,thank you again.

My family came here after hearing so much good comments about chilis. We ordered queso she asked if I wanted me. I’m like yeah sure brought it out and it was basically refried beans with meat in it. There was no cheese so I did call the waitress back and ask her again. If this was the queso, she said yes, this is how we make our queso Blanca so then I asked for the regular queso. She brought it back pretty quick, but it was cold so we ate the Salsa instead. Then our food come out I ordered the surf and turf. The steak was really thin. I asked before I ordered if it was grilled, I was told it was that steak was not grilled at all. The shrimp were gross. It was just like seasoning sitting on top of them and they tossed them in a pan real quick. My daughter ordered the salmon, but she didn’t want the sauce on it. They brought the salmon without even seasoning it it was cold. My other daughter ordered the steak as well. She ate it, but the food was cold, so it was like our food sat there for a while before they brought it out to us, so there was no type of steam Warmth to it at all like they literally gave us cold food. We ate a little bit my bigger kids took their mozzarella sticks to go, and yeah, just reminded me of why I have never gone back to Chili’s. It could definitely just be this location but again I would never return to the Eagan chilies ever again. I honestly don’t wanna eat at any chilies for a very long time, so I’m not sure what some of these other people were tasting, but someone’s not being honest here.
