Just tried this place for the first time and loved it. Prices ended up being about $2 higher than the online menu but I would gladly pay it again. The portion size was phenomenal! Tons of food for $10, best value in town. Tried the Szechuan beef and loved it, can’t wait to try the kung pao chicken later tonight. I’ve seen negative comments about the fried rice being burnt and not good. My rice looked just like all the photos, darker than I’m used to seeing, but I thought the flavor was great… definitely not burnt. I’m guessing they just use a different type of rice than most other places.

The staff was nice but the food was bad. The fried rice was just white rice with a lot of soy sauce. Never again.

Worst chow mein I have ever had

General Tso’s was pretty dry and didn’t have much flavor. Egg rolls were decent so it pulled the rating up to two stars.

This place used to be good like 15 years ago, but the quality steadily went downhill. I’ve avoided this place the last five years or so, and decided to give it one more shot because Golden Wok is closed on Tuesdays. First disappointing thing was charging me more than what the prices were on the menu, claiming he raised his prices and don’t have new menus yet. I get home and the fried rice is almost a dark brown or black. Looks like it’s soaked in soy sauce. I don’t even know how you can call it fried rice cause it’s just rice soaked in soy sauce. And the egg foo yong used to get two patties. Now it’s one small patty and some celery mostly celery, mixed with some chicken and black fried rice. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back there again.

Unfortunately, they weren’t open during advertised hours. Wasted gas and time. My family and I were really looking forward to their food. :(

Flavors are way off on the basics like General Tso's and Lo Mein (that was Chow Mein noodles). Raw white onions in fried rice? I'm not sure anything was made in a wok, more like a microwave. I made a 100.00 mistake by ordering here, don't do the same.

This place was cute and tidy. The older gentleman working was also nice. Food was good. The only thing I didn't like was the Shrimp Toast. There's way too much bread for very little shrimp topping they use. If they change the bread they use, I might get them again but there are also other good options on the menu so it's not a deal breaker for me. I'd still come back.
