From all the negative stuff I've heard the last year or two about Chipotle I hadn't been to in a while. Got a burrito one time and a bowl another time, both times were around $9 with chicken. Seems like a good deal to me considering how expensive fast food. Plan to start going more regularly again.

this is the worst chipotle in minnesota. the staff are rude and they seem like they are always out of stuff. i’d rather drive 20 minutes to the next chipotle than eat at this one which is a 5 minute drive.

My family of 8 came in at prime dinner rush hour on a Friday night and this team led by Lee held it down like total pros. They stayed calm, cool & collected while efficiently preparing each order flawlessly. It was impressive to see each team member working together, effectively communicating and treating guests with respect while even going the extra mile to label our orders in order for us. Thank you!

If it were possible to give this Chipotle location zero stars, I would. Upon entering, I observed that the restaurant was noticeably dirty and cluttered. The first employee at the counter appeared disheveled and rude. The second person on the line was friendly and efficient. Additionally, the music was so loud that I had to repeat my order several times to the first person. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness were below expectations. I do not plan to return to this location.

HORRIBLE experience! I was on break for lunch. I picked up my order, brought it to my truck and when I got to work, picked up the back from my driver seat, lifted it a cross my lap and everything fell out the bottom! My passenger seat was covered with grease and taco sauce! My kakis were covered with the same, along with many other parts of my truck and floor! Very enjoyable afternoon at work with salsa all over my pants! I went back to the store to talk to the manager. She was great. She replaced my food order and said someone would call me back regarding how to address what happened. I received a voicemail from someone, I assume from the regional management. Called them back 4 times throughout the next week. Its now almost 3 weeks later and have not had a call back! I will likely never go there again. I talked to another guy at the restaurant that said it has happened to him before. Disappointing to say the least. I get crap happens but offer me something for having to shampoo my seats/truck and work all day with salsa stains all over me!

this is the best Chipotle I've ever been too. The environment, lights and seating options are the most unique I've seen. Going in all the team members were happy and joyful, they're very nice to talk to and down to earth. I've also never been that full from a chipotle meal before, so thank you to these awesome team members, i've never enjoyed the environment of a chipotle this much until this location and I am so grateful for visiting it, staff should be recognized for their amazing service

Put in an order for 2 build your own bowl deals and this location cancelled my order. I put the order in again and this location cancelled it again. Got charged both times though, $273.03 total. Now I have no food or money. I'm beyond angry and will scream this situation from the rooftops. You got 1 star by default, should have been zero stars.
