Yesterday 3/28 around 8:00 pm we ordered take out they gave us uncooked rice. The girl with tattoos she is rude not interested serving ppl.

Came in 2 hours before close with a few people, and had no white rice, or steak. I will not return to this location again. This location has gone downhill.

This is our go to Chipotle. The staff is wonderful. Friendly people with beautiful personalities. I was diagnosed with colitis. I had to switch to the my bean choice. The black beans are too spicy for me. I know, lite weight. The point is, even with Colitis, I am able to enjoy a Chipotle burrito bowl. I asked for pinto beans. It worked out.

The past few years at this location has been a hit or miss for customer service, food amount and quality BUT the last couple months have been consistently above par and back to the Chipotle we all used to love. Tonight, we had dinner there and eat it inside, the manager came over to our table to check in with us on our food, of which we expressed we have been happy. Wanted to write this review because customer service everywhere has been nonexistent for years, she made us feel that she genuinely cared about our experience. The staff that made our food (which was very good) was attentive and actually made eye contact, such a great group there with a solid leader! Happy customers here!

I literally have to always ask for a little more of everything because the portions are so small. The attitudes of the workers are as if I'm bothering them or they don't want to be there. Do not recommend.

This chipotle never seems to be operating right. Stopped in at about 6pm on a Tuesday and they didn't have any chicken or steak currently prepared and were in the process of grilling it, resulting in a very long line. I did not learn this information from an employee, I learned it from another guest in line. Rather than wait at this location that I tend to have poor experiences at I drove to the apple valley location and was in and out in about 2 minutes. Really wish this location wasn't the closest to my house, but I think I will just be skipping it and going to the apple valley location from now on.

I just can't take it anymore, 4 times in a row I've been here recently, just the past few months, and it has been bad every single time. I always rationalize and say maybe it was a bad day shit happens. This just isn't the case here and I'm a very patient and understanding person-- we all have worked hard jobs and it ain't always easy with food service. Here are my experiences for those 4 times.

1. Ordered hard shell chicken tacos-- got a burrito bowl instead but didn't know until I got home. It was 50% sour cream and had only a pinch of chicken.

2. Ordered food for my family and inlaws, 4 of us, everyone threw their food out-- undercooked rice, over salty chicken, all of our food was ice cold (I picked up the order as it was finishing and live only minutes away). We are not picky people and don't like to waste food but this was too much.

3.Ordered food for my wife and I and boy let me tell you it was just gross. Carnitas burrito bowl had hard rice, 50% sour cream, only a pinch of meat. Chips stale with the guac (had to use my own chips), Chicken hard shell tacos with two having barely any meat and the 3rd having ZERO meat-- rice also hard. All the food was cold.

4. Today, thought I would give it a shot as it has been a month-- Got my usual hard shell chicken tacos. Rice goes in, chicken goes in but barely any, she dumped an ENTIRE spoonful of sour cream into one taco and didn't even flinch. Also preceded to not only fill the rest of the tacos but also dressed BETWEEN The tacos. Every single taco was drenched in sour cream to the point of MUSHY shells. I couldn't even salvage them one bit and when I took a bite it was clear that I couldn't get the excess sour cream flavor out. As I tried to get that flavor balanced with a mouthful of chicken, which there was barely any, it was SO salty I swear someone dumped a pile of salt on the chicken bits-- so much salt it could almost make you gag. Now I'm beginning to question if the chicken was even cooked enough because I was finding some squishy gristly which tends to only happen if the chicken is raw or undercooked (the fat didn't meet temp to render).

I've just had it, this place is absolute garbage. No smiles, no eye contact, no care. It has been a rollercoaster for years now with this location and I cannot handle the amount of incompetence. It is only a matter of time before a serious food issue closes this place for good from health code violations or something even more serious. I've wasted enough money here; I'm going to taco bell instead because at least I don't feel sick even if the food is subpar. You should all be ashamed for the lack of quality control and portions. The amount of 1 star reviews in the past year is absolutely pathetic and shows exactly the type of consistent bad management and work ethic that is just plain ignored. I could go on and on, but there are other reviews that can speak for many other aspects (don't even get me started on the dining area or drink/condiment area).

This has got to be the worst run Chipotle location in existence. They are almost always out of at least one ingredient, often multiple. There was a 25 minute wait for white rice during our most recent visit.

Paid $24.92 for a burrito(just regular steak, no extras) and chips and salsa for delivery. Very expensive but ok it’s expensive to get food delivered. My burrito was wrong and my chips and salsa were missing. When I filed a complaint their resolution was to put a free order of chips on my account 🙄. Um really? When I asked for a refund for food I didn’t get and a burrito I didn’t eat because it was wrong(and gross), all they would offer is a BOGO burrito. I explained that I don’t want another burrito, let alone 2 burritos from that place. I asked for a refund of at least the cost of the food even if I have to eat the delivery cost. Nope. Not only terrible food but terrible customer service at this location. After reading other reviews, I now see it was a mistake to order from this place to begin with. Buyer beware.

This chipotle has messed up something in every single mobile order i have placed. We ask for extra rice, we get less than when we dont (its an upcharge btw) we order a quesadilla and they just dont include the sides. Theyve forgotten the lettuce, the MEAT, and the sour cream in my gfs bowl about 13 times. We continually go back because my gf is OBSESSED with chipotle but even she doesnt want to return anymore. The customer service is extremely unhelpful. This company has gone downhill and this location doesnt care. Just stop eating chipotle.
