This Cinnabon location did not have what I wanted to order at 2 pm on a Sunday and that’s a tad ridiculous. My experience at the outlet mall was overall a letdown. I’d suggest any other shopping in the twin cities area :) have a beautiful day

Came in tonight to buy the large pack of rolls and they didn’t have any.. Asked if they were making any so I could come back and they said no.. Way to provide service especially since you were not closing anytime soon. Mall didn’t close for another 2 hours so I guess they were done selling for the day

Was standing at the counter today at 4:20pm waiting for service. Everyone was standing around chatting then after a couple of minutes everyone walked off leaving me standing at the counter with no help.. I just walked out because clearly no one wanted to assist me. Won’t stay open long if the employees ignore the customers
