Beverage was waiting for me, as I had ordered ahead. Quite expensive, but I spose that's well known. At least I got $.10 off for a correct trivia answer, which is always fun. Thing that baffles me is why, when I almost always order the same thing...a hot vanilla latte, it has so many different tastes. This time it wasn't as good.

I love a the cozy atmosphere everytime I come here!

Kid-friendliness: Me and my kids love dining in, it isn't noisy and my kids love the hot chocolate and sandwiches.

Went through the drive-thru and Austin provided excellent service. Very friendly. Tried the new Honeycrisp Apple Caramel High Rise and it was delightful. Perfect hints of caramel apple without being sickly sweet like some other coffee chains when they do apple flavors.
