My daughters birthday is in two days and she saw a cake from Cold Stone that she fell in love with that she wanted. I went to order it on-line and it was not offered. I called the location closer to my home in near Rosemount area and was told they no longer make the cake I wanted, was not offered another solution and basically "hung" up. Decided to call the Eagan location and am so glad I did. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ankit, who was extremely helpful. He told me that it is not offered to order on-line but he would be more than happy to make it for me! Went through the process, he made suggestions, offered additonal insight into colors, etc. He was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I won't pick up the cake for a couple days so haven't tasted it, but Ankit deserves a huge thank you and recognition for truly making her birthday special. Thank you.

They make excellent customized ice cream cake for our valentine's day celebration .

Excellent customer service and the custom cakes are made as per the customer choice. Recently we ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday and it was just AWESOME.

The customer service is exceptional here at the Town Center Eagan Coldstone!! The manager Ankit is very friendly, kind, and interactive with the customers. This makes it a great experience at any business. Sounds easy! It's just not always the case. Thank you!!

Ankit is so friendly and makes very nice looking and delicious ice-cream cakes. The staff is so friendly.

Great place. I recently forgot my purse overnight and they quickly stored it away! Love their employees.

Their customizable ice cream cakes are next level. Ankit at the Town Center location does amazing work icing the cakes and can do many artistic designs!

We ordered a custom birthday cake here and it was AMAZING!! Our kiddo was so happy and so were all of his birthday guests.

Place is dirty, can’t understand the staff, and they make up their own prices. Different prices online than in the store. I’ll stick with Mendota. Smells better there too. Better atmosphere.

I don’t like the the way the white girl with glasses did my ice cream. I asked for a small vanilla ice cream with Oreos. She only put a half of a Oreo so I asked for another one and she just gave me the other half of the broken one. I asked for another one and then when I went to pay it from $4 to $6 because I asked for “extra”. So technically I only asked for one extra but it’s stupid because why only put 1 Oreo for a small?

Quality of ice cream is was not good. Flavors did not match the what I ordered. A lot of cross contamination (truly observed this happened). Also The toppings were not properly integrated with the ice cream. Unfortunately, worst experience I’ve ever had with Cold

Normally, I am a fan of Cold Stone, but tonight the waffle cups tasted stale and not like a waffle cup we have eaten in the past. The are very friendly and the ice cream is always great.
