Cookies are delicious tasted amazing but I gave two stars because there was only one worker!! Please give her more staffing there was a customer who ordered 3 larger boxes and delayed everyone ahead. Worker was nice but please give your employees more hours or hire more people

This used to be my go-to Crumbl cookie because it was close to me but the employee here act like it’s their day. Couldn’t get helped getting a refund. Didn’t know anything when I was asking question, I was ignored and the store is by far the dirtiest Crumbl cookie I’ve been too. I will definitely be going to the next cities just to get my cookies and decent customer service

Way over priced for the quality of the taste. The portions are big, yes. I feel it's all so basic, a lot of the options are always sugar, frosting, frosting, frosting and chocolate chip!! It's just not worth the money.

Placed an order 15 mins in advance of arrival, got there - minimal line, my order wasn't ready and everyone else in the store was served first. I wasn't even acknowledged as being there until they had brought out all the other orders, including 2 people coming in after me. And the person bringing out my order deliberately walked over to the counter set the box down, and called my name rather than handing it to me.
I don't know what has happened to Crumbl - the service used to be fast, and you were greeted when you came in, and the staff were very friendly. The last several visits I've had a similar experience of no acknowledgement and staff not seeming to care.
Fix it, or you're going to end up like Krispy Kreme
