I took my parents to Crumbl in Eagan, and they weren’t sure if they’d like it at first — but they ended up absolutely LOVING it! The cookies were fresh, warm, and so delicious. We tried a few different flavors, and every single one was amazing. The staff was super friendly and patient while we decided what to get, and the store smelled heavenly the moment we walked in. Amazing cookies but the Customer Service could sometimes use a boost. It’s hard because I feel like a lot of them are very young so getting to a customer with urgency is Not a priority for them.
Why don’t you have a weekly dark chocolate option? Dark chocolate is healthy, lowers blood sugar, has antioxidants & is calming. Also, 1/3 of the world is diabetic , so it behooves you to add a sugar free cookie! You are missing this opportunity to make diabetic people happy too! Also, why aren’t the counter employees friendly or helpful? Why no samples & why isn’t it clear how to order one cookie? Cookies look delightfully delicious. A charming helpful staff...
