I recently dined at Davanni's with two friends, and it was a disappointing experience. One friend ordered a sandwich and another a pizza, and they both received their meals promptly. However, my salad took an absurd 20 minutes to arrive, and by the time it did, I still had no fork to eat it with. To make matters worse, they didn't offer any condiments for the pizza. Overall, the service was lacking and left a sour taste in what should have been a simple meal. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Not only is their pizza top notch for a chain and I would put them against any chain out there, I have to acknowledge their staff. Every time I call, they are pleasant, kind and efficient. Kinda crazy to admit but literally every other pizza place in apple valley/Eagan doesn't have that same level of service. If I could shake the hand of the hiring manager/owner, I would. You're my new favorite pizza go to option. Consistent quality product and service. ?

Been a customer of Davanni’s for years. We usually go to the one in Burnsville or Minneapolis. I DoorDashed pizza and 3 hoagies from the Eagan location and it was hair in my pizza, disgusting! Had to trash the whole order because I don’t trust it.
