Decided to try here for some barbecue. The meat was okay. The sides were the highlight of the meal. The fried okra was fresh and the beans were a perfect blend of smoking and sweet. The staff were really nice and the building itself was super clean.
The chicken sandwich was the absolute BEST! Never been here before but will surely be back if I'm ever in the area. Employees were very friendly!!

BE AWARE - THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM!On their website there is a wheel you can spin to get a percentage off, I spun the wheel & received 20% off. Then the hurdles... I called in to order. I told him I got the 20% off, which he acknowledged and asked for my order, which I gave him, I asked for the total minus the 20% and he said, "You have to spend at least $50 to get the discount". Me, "It doesn't say that". He, "The discount gets sent to your email and it tells you everything there". Me, "Tricky advertising". He chuckled & mumbled something about corporate being in business to make money. Me, "I don't appreciate being tricked into buying something, so please tell corporate where they can put their sandwich. Thank you, good bye".

Love Dickeys BBQ, have ordered carryout brisket to serve at the last 2 holiday family dinners - ordered sliced both times and received chopped both times :( Addition 12/23 - I love when I step into Dickey's and that fabulous smell of roasted meat overwhelms my senses. Tonight's dinner was the 2 meat plate - I ordered pulled pork & chopped brisket. Once again the brisket was pulled not chopped...? It still tasted wonderful.

I recently catered Dickeys BBQ for an event of 30+ people. Not only did the food arrive in a timely manner, but it was warm, well packaged, and ready to serve to hungry folks. It is a very nice feeling that for once the food is not the most stressful part of a party! Thank you Dickeys!

The food here was great! Had the brisket and smoked Turkey. The meat was juicy and so tender. Also had a baked potato. It could have been warmer as the cold toppings really cooled it down quickly and I ate a less than room temp potato before I was 1/2-way through it.The staff were friendly but clearly distracted by a very large takeout order they were assembling. My friend and I had to repeat our choices multiple times to the order taker and to the cashier. And then when our order was “ready” they again asked us about our sides and potato toppings.The store was clean and welcoming - even a fireplace for the cold night we were there.Didn’t take pictures as I was enjoying the company of my friend instead.Would definitely recommend this store - despite the staff shortcomings at that time.Parking: Plenty of parking spots available at the time we were there for dinner.

Delivery staff was quite helpful in setting up the food and the food came hot and ready to eat. Glad they put a lot of thought into it and even provided plates and utensils! Would still highly recommend!
