Love the proximity to my work and the food is usually passable but won't be ordering again. A very rude little old lady ruined that for me little way back. Not sure if this britney lady is having a bad day or what is going on. customer service might not be for her. Try smiling more and be pleasant and speak to others with respect. She seems like she grew up very entitled rich family snobs. very strange interaction at the counter. Bothered me for days, so now I am posting this.

Specials are great. Pick up is easy. Pizzas are delicious.
One of the employees who looked like a supervisor was very rude and disrespectful. When I was choosing what to order she told me to hurry up and order in a very rude way, even though there was only one person behind me. Then I kept ordering, she waited until I ordered and paid and after the guy who took the order told me 15-20 mins she deliberately said it will take an hour, I sow on their screen that it wasn’t going to but she again rudely said it will take more than that. And suggested I cancel my order. It was my first time there so I don’t understand why she was so rude. I left after telling them to cancel my order.

This place has absolutely no sense of hygiene… our pizza came with bits and pieces of random meats... When we complained… they are like oh “unfortunately, everything is touching everything so we can control it” meaning anything can fall into my food and they can control it or care about it

Not sure why, but when I came in my order was ready on the shelf, and I gave my name. The employee said it was not ready yet it would be a few minutes, made me stand around and then handed me the order that was on the shelf from the start.
If you like messing with people maybe you shouldn't work here.

Usually I’m not a huge fan of dominos. But after now living in Eagan for the last three years this place and the carbones are the only thing i go to around here. You can tell They take pride in what they do and you get a delicious hot pizza.
The Savvoys screws up my order every time. The papa johns who used to be my favorite has to be the worst papa johns in history.
Very rude and rude and rude. Very disgusting 🤮 and ugly don’t know how to talk to customers. Disrespectful and bad manal and need a good home training. Period!

Edit: I also want to add and make everyone aware that they do not wear gloves here. I am not confident that they practice hygiene protocols to wash hands between touching monitors, etc when digging their hands in the ingredients. I’d much rather see they wear gloves.
I ordered a pick up for stuffed crust pizza. I waited outside until the tracker said it was done. I clicked that button that’s says something like “skip the line, go right to the counter” Granted it was a Sunday night and busy so no one addressed me after several minutes. Finally I said excuse me to the guy that was at the counter if one for Amy was ready. He said a “couple of minutes” at least 15 minutes had passed with me standing there like an idiot. Worried that my pizza was sitting ready the whole time. Finally a lady did ask me what I was waiting for. But yes, it was the stuffed crust pizza in the black box that was literally sitting there that I could have enjoyed hot. Something is broken with this store when it comes to customer service. Or again, maybe they need someone just stationed at the counter when it gets busy. The pizza was cold when I got home and someone was very heavy-handed with the Parmesan garlic. It wasn’t that good because it was cold. I feel embarrassed about my choices tonight and do not plan on returning to this Dominos.

My husband and I love getting dominoes, but are upset with how a worker treated my husband. We ordered cinnamon twist with our order and paid for icing which was never received. My husband went back with the receipt to try and get the icing we paid for and the worker(who handed my husband the order) told us that if we wanted the icing we’d have to pay for it and accused him of trying to get free icing even though we had proof of the receipt purchase. He had to pay $3 for one icing cup which is a little ridiculous.
