Recent order was slightly undercooked when I ordered it well done (a common occurrence at this location), cheesy bread wouldn’t pull apart, and was handed Coke after he looked at the ticket that said Sprite. Arrived early another time because I forgot to check the app before I walked in (I was running errands), told the worker my name and that I thought I might be early, and watched the worker put my order under the warmer as he continued working on other tasks then look embarrassed when I asked him to bring me my order and asked another worker to walk over to hand it to me.

Got the pan pizza, not crispy when I got it cause it was in that warming bag. Looks alot better in the comercial not worth 30$ at all.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust

The employees I've dealt with are great. The food tastes good but does not sit well with my stomach. I only eat here when I know I have 24h near a toilet after eating it. Still enjoy eating it, worth the sacrifice for me every few months.

This location is constantly making mistakes. on multiple occasions they forgot my ranches or 2 liter drink another time they took 3 hours to deliver and another time they completely messed up my order and gave us pepperoni. Such a hot mess. When I asked to order again so I can get my 3 ranch cups that THEY forgot I was just gonna order a 2 liter coke and get the credit that they gave me for the ranches but the manager said I couldn’t because there’s a $15 order minimum for delivery, again, for a mistake THEY made?? Which doesn’t make sense when i’m literally already paying for the delivery fee anyways…? The manager was pretty rude and unconcerned on the phone. The food at this location is subpar it’s either decent or just bad. If you have other options take your business elsewhere.

Order a pizza from there with bbq sauce and they ended up putting no sauce in it. Tried calling them back multiple times but no one picked up. Quite a frustrating experience here.
