I use to go here all the time because I live pretty close- but I stopped going on the weekends because it seems like the men who work here make our drinks always wrong. I kid you not, they remake our drinks more than 2 times and it’s just a regular signature latte with oatmilk. no other crazy customization, or modifications other than the milk- and I have no idea why they can never make it right. One time the gentleman made my drink in those hash brown containers and couldn’t cover with a lid because “the lids are defective” so he handed me a drink that’s meant to serve food in & the Second Gentleman came by and did scold him and remade my drink for me- and was still wrong lol. Idk who they hire but the guys are still working there one doesn’t understand orders like at all and he’s always panicky and I have no idea why… & the second guy makes the drinks horrible and wrong.. they been there for a couple months now and I hate going there when the guys are working the women during the weekday seem to really know what they are doing. So I go during the weekday mostly & I’m not tryna make it about gender but lowkey when all the men staff are working which is ALWAYS the weekend, they make your drink always wrong and it’s a disappointment. Especially if you wanted to try the nice holiday drinks- they still make it wrong lol.. seems like they don’t get proper training. I suggest you go to another Dunkin bc I just witnessed myself and three other people just now have to get their drinks remade cause the gentleman at the front cashier cannot take orders right.

We stopped by Dunkin’ to try their Spider Donuts, and they were adorable and delicious! The design is super cute perfect for the Halloween season and the donut itself was soft, fresh, and sweet without being too much.

It’s such a fun treat for kids and adults alike, and a great way to get into the festive spirit. The staff was friendly, the service quick, and everything looked fresh and inviting. Definitely worth trying while they’re available!

Order was missing an item and drive through attendant who took the order was impatient and rude. Will not be going back.

Horrible service I went there today after a long day of work just wanting a coffee and the guy in drive through was so rude !! Yelling at me because he didn’t hear my order or maybe it was because I asked for almond milk and instead of mocha drizzle . I wanted Carmel . The drink is horrible and Tasted watery … will not be going here again and I just moved to Eagan now have to drive to a different location I’m just not impressed with them!!!!

Okay. This might be a bit harsh of a review, but I used to work for the franchise that owns this Dunkin. I ordered through the app this morning and my partner got their food. But, when it came to my apple braid and my bottle of Pop the mark was missed. A. I was treated like I was stealing from them, even though I ordered it. B. I got the wrong baked good. I got a strawberry donut, not the apple braid I was charged for. C. I had to ask for a starry 3 times!!!! Elias, I know you read these. Please, come on, this is ridiculous. You would have raked my team over the coals about this.

The guy at the counter is very not customer friendly on 14 August 2025 12:29pm, I couldn’t understand him at the drive through because of his accent ( I was not trying to be rude ) and he felt some kinda of way and giving me attitude when I was paying.

The drinks are always horrible, never hits. I asked for a refund and it was a problem.... they asked what was wrong like Im the problem & then chucked them in the trash and gave me my refund but dropped my refund all over the counter... not even in my hand... rude rude rude... learn COSTUMER SERVICE! DO BETTER 🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered a frozen coffee and the lady brought me a coffee with whip cream on it. I told her I just ordered a frozen coffee. She replies “ I can just wipe the whip cream off the coffee. I asked her to please make a frozen coffee. She became argumentative and I stated feel free to just give me a refund if you don’t want to make it. I’m lactose intolerant and didn’t need to go into all that detail as I didn’t order whip cream on it and wiping it off doesn’t mean it is not still in the coffee. Terrible customer service.

The customer service at this Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. It could be better. They do not listen to your request and how you want your food or coffee they rush. Definitely needs improvement.
