The Hazlenut Latte was excellent: great blend of boldness and taste. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant was highly clean, and had a pleasant high ceiling.

Dunn Bros is my all time favorite coffee shop. The drinks are great and do not taste like syrup. Atmosphere is wonderful and food is good with a nice variety.

First time going to a Dunn Brothers and was impressed with my drink. Creamy Coconut Nitro Nirvana, one of the best coffee drinks from a drive thru I’ve had since moving here.
Absolutely the perfect place to meet a friend or family for a quick lunch. Coffee is always good but the sandwich I had was out of this world, I would have never guessed.
Bathroom was filthy, and seemed to have been filthy for a while. Otherwise, the atmosphere seemed nice. Didn't have confidence in the food safety though, given the lack of cleanliness.
Love this Dunn Bros. Even tho it’s a franchise, ownership is local and the staff is so friendly. I bring my dog through the drive through and he always receives a treat. More importantly, service is fast and my drinks are always right. Always a better experience than big chains that shall remain nameless.

Honestly, one of my worst coffee shop experiences.
Firstly, my cappuccino was made way too hot to be able to drink it immediately. It was also poorly made; the espresso-to-milk ratio was off, and it tasted more like an Americano than a cappuccino. I also ordered a steamer for my kiddo and couldn't even give it to her in the store because it was so hot.
I was also disappointed with the croissant (if you could call it a croissant; it was flat and spongy and looked more like a pop tart).
Secondly, the whole ambiance of the shop is poor. It was dimly lit and there was no art on the (scuffed) walls. It reminded me more of a gas station seating area than a coffee shop.
It was also so loud. It was difficult to have a conversation because any sound carried. Coupled with the continuous banging behind the counter, it was so overstimulating that we left after 15 minutes and went home.
Definitely wouldn't be back. There are certainly better places to get coffee for similar prices.

Maybe I just went to the drive through on the wrong day, but the service wasn’t great, and I won’t be back. Food tasted fine but good service is a big part of the experience.
I get inflation but 3.68$ for a medium( not a large ) coffee with the beans tasting burnt and served at way too hot a temperature is more than inflation merits.
Great service and coffee offerings - friendly and engaging staff. It is loud when busy, so if that bothers you, bring headphones.
Only ever get coffee, but they're quick and friendly. Have never been disappointed.

Regularly visit. They are good about accommodating special requests. The environment feels more like a local coffee shop than a chain.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but it is a smaller place and when it is busy it might be challenging to navigate with a wheelchair during peak hours.
