Definitely fast food style but with restaurant quality and prices. Two servings of chips with guacamole, salsa and queso cost around 20 dollars. The food was good and portions were nice for bowls, burritos and tortas. Was just not what we expected, more comparable to a chipotle with lots of self service.

The lady who took our order was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. The rice and beans don’t have any flavor, everyone’s order came out in like 5 minutes but one of our orders didn’t come out until 30 minutes later after we asked where our food is and they didn’t even know they had a order. I get mistakes happen but to be rude to us from the start when we were being nice and polite is crazy. I hear of this place on TikTok and came here but was disappointed sadly, we’ve had a lot of good Hispanic food, we are Hispanic ourselves, but this was just not it, maybe they were having a bad day or something but this was a waste of time with rude staff and OK food.

I ordered a carne asada burrito and when I got home I noticed my burrito had no meat. I called to get a replacement and the guy was nice. I told him what I ordered he offered a refund of replacement made correctly. Well obviously I’m hungry so I asked for a replacement.
My replacement burrito gets home and it has meat but now doesn’t have the queso I added for $2.75. At this point, it’s a lost cause. I will not return.
The burrito was average at best. I could have gotten more flavor at Chipotle.
He gave me a bag of chips for my trouble but nothing to go with them like queso or salsa.
Straight expensive disappointment.

Waited over 50 minutes for our food. Many other customers shared in this experience. Kitchen was completely overwhelmed and food did not even compare to Chipotle (full disclosure: I like Chipotle and appreciate that you get the food right away). This place needs more lower/fair reviews because the high rating is not deserved. May have been an off night on the service; however, I wouldn’t recommend the food either.
