El Loro | Méxican Restaurante

Wonderful restaurant where the staff recognize us and always flgreet us warmly. The food is incredible and authentic. The chicken in the street tacos is fresh and not masked with sauces or overwhelming spices. The tortillas taste homemade and are always soft and fresh. The chips are hot fresh and crispy and the salsa has a wonderful flavor. The chicken burrito is amazing. I usually get the Jalisco dish and the sauce is incredible. Highly recommend this lively atmosphere, with excellent food and incredible hospitality. THANK YOU EL LORO TEAM

I have never had a bad experience at El Loro and I have gone there for many years. The food is always great as is the service.

When I crave Mexican this is the place!! Great food, fun staff and really fast.

The whole deep fried fish is excellent !!! It’s an awesome place to end a hard day when you are craving a huge plate of fish !!

Good food and friendly service

I stopped in and they were busy. Being only 1 person, I sat and waited at the bar. As 6 servers either made drinks or rang orders without waiting on me. The kicker…the staff served their friends shots of tequila who arrived after me. After being a weekly customer for over 20 years, El Loro of Eagan has lost a customer and it was apparent the manager did not care when I spoke to him!

This spot never disappoints! The service here is incredibly fast—perfect when you're hungry and ready to dive in. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and they clearly take pride in the quality they deliver.

One standout is the Mexican ranch that comes out with the chips; it’s creamy, flavorful, and the perfect pairing. It’s little touches like this that make the experience here so enjoyable.

This is a yearly trip for my family and will not disappoint. The portion sizes are amazing, the drinks are huge and delicious, and the wait staff is fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone traveling to Mall of America of the surrounding area!
