The bar is the Omni Vikings hotel is beautifully decorated and creates the perfect environment for breakfast or a relaxing evening of drinks. The Avocado toast has a perfectly dressed salad that provides the perfect balance to the creamy avocado. For appetizers, enjoy a perfect plate of nachos with their delicious queso.

I only gave one star because zero stars isnt an option. I was staying at the Omni Vikings hotel for a conference and was denied service due to the presence of my trained service animal. I repeatedly tried to tell the restaurant manager how this was illegal and she was violating federal ADA law by denying me service and all she kept replying back to me was "we were told no pets" and she "graciously" offered to relegate me to the lobby with takeout. (No where in ADA law does it say denying access and offering to provide takeout is an acceptable accommodation.) Management and staff need disabilities sensitivity training.

Met a friend here to catch up and enjoy a few drinks. While I had beer he enjoyed a few of their specialty cocktails.The atmosphere was great and wasn’t overly busy which made it easy to enjoy our evening.Seeing every third person in some sort of Vikings attire gave the experience a cherry on top. #skol!

Absolutely love the balance of flavors on their charcuterie boards. My favorite was the toast with jam. Service did not disappoint. Very attentive and friendly. Great decorations, and cozy feeling environment.

We have attempted to come here twice for the patio, and both times we were told the patio was closed because of the weather. Both times the weather was beautiful (70s with no rain). Meanwhile, there are several workers standing around doing nothing. Maybe if they attempted to open the patio more often, people would actually patronize their establishment.
Drinks were great but got way overcharged for a tiny salad that wasn’t even good. Ingredients were missing from the menu description too. Total scam :/

Stayed at the Omni this weekend. Enjoyed cocktails at Ember and Ice last night and went back for breakfast in the morning. Great drinks and food with great service and fabulous atmosphere.
