Went there 01/0126 place was dirty. No attention we saw 4 people. No one talked to us. Not even when we got charged. Ordered smash burgers. The container was smeared with grease. Floors dirty. One of my patties was almost uncooked. Slaty burgers.
The place looks like it's under construction, has now flow and just feels uninviting

Honesty 3* is being nice. If you're in a gas station, speed is important as is how well something stays together. Your version of the Chicago dog need help. I want a bun that stays together, not one that falls apart because you grilled it. You want that, use the lobster roll style bun. Fries need to be seasoned and crispy, not soggy. Ketchup needs to be readily available in a spot near the food pickup area. I've been to all your restaurants and the food is lackluster at all of them

The brisket sandwich is awesome! The staff are great. A favorite lunch spot since it's so close to work. I think I was there 3 times this week 😬, but I'll be coming back!

Local to me, tried for the first time. Opted for take out. Order was ready on time, fries delicious. Smoke house wrap was delicious, hot, juicy. Only thing I would change is adding coleslaw instead of lettuce, but that's a personal preference on how I like my bbq handhelds!

I rarely write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved and earned. The quality of the food is good but the service is outstanding. Felicia went out of her way to make my stop amazing. She’s educated in the business and food she helps serve, quick to give her favorites & maintains an amazing standard of how you should be/act at a business like this. How you should treat your guests. I will for sure be back.
