My husband and I were in Eagan visiting his parents and I wanted some sushi to-go for dinner once we got home (which is all the way out in Rockford area). I'm so glad I found this place! The service was wonderful; the cashier was so kind and friendly (I am terrible remembering names but she said she used to be a teacher for many years). The place was very clean and we were very impressed with the quality of the take out menu. The food was fantastic! I bought the Salmon Lovers...
This is my first time ordering from the Eagan location and I was honestly pretty bummed. The service wasn't as good and the quality of the fish was no where near the rosemount location. It had a pretty strong fishy taste
I really enjoyed eating at Fujisushi! The sushi was super fresh and tasty. The Angry Dragon Roll was my favorite — a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The Spicy Tuna Tempura Futomaki was crispy outside and soft inside, really delicious. The Smelt Roe added a nice little pop. The Salmon Roll was simple but very fresh. The staff were friendly and the restaurant felt cozy and clean. I’ll definitely come back again! 🍣😋
