This is my first time ordering from the Eagan location and I was honestly pretty bummed. The service wasn't as good and the quality of the fish was no where near the rosemount location. It had a pretty strong fishy taste
I really enjoyed eating at Fujisushi! The sushi was super fresh and tasty. The Angry Dragon Roll was my favorite — a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The Spicy Tuna Tempura Futomaki was crispy outside and soft inside, really delicious. The Smelt Roe added a nice little pop. The Salmon Roll was simple but very fresh. The staff were friendly and the restaurant felt cozy and clean. I’ll definitely come back again! 🍣😋
Absolutely incredible. Went in here for a quick lunch and got a roll and shrimp tempura. The roll was fantastic but the shrimp tempura was out of this world. Incredibly soft and buttery shrimp with a PERFECT fried outside. The lady who greeted me and gave me my food was very sweet. Will be coming back here regularly.
