Anne and crew were amazing in helping us design our wedding RSVP cards, Invites, Programs. They were incredibly quick and kind with our changes and fixes and making suggestions to help us figure out what we really wanted. When we finally figured out exactly what we wanted, turnaround time was amazing. I couldn't have found a better team of people to help out with our wedding and will continue to count on their expertise for all of my business and personal needs.

My package with insurance was damaged. A $150 vintage beer sign. Because I packed it UPS gets to back out of the insurance. (It was bubble wrapped, blanketed and peanuts) Then it was shipped back to the Eagan store and I didn’t pick it up after ONE email....so they threw it away! I am a weekly/monthly customer. They could have called me too. We had multiple emails and they have my number. I am so extremely disappointed with their customer service. I get shoulder shrugs-no apologies-no reimbursement. Nothing I will take my business elsewhere....always! Horrible service.
