Few vegan options but the vibes and the options they do have are really great. I’ve had the vegan farm grazer a few times and it’s really good. Great place to go with non vegan friends.

I absolutely love coming to Hope Breakfast Bar! Every time I visit I have the hardest time choosing what to get because everything on the menu sounds so delicious, and I’ve never been disappointed by what I’ve ordered. They have a very creative menu which I really appreciate and it’s all very fresh to give you the best experience possible. I highly recommend visiting!

Delicious! I've never gone wrong at Hope. The food comes fast so it's a great choice if you have kids.

Friendly server and quick service but concerns about everything else. Busy on arrival but seated promptly with reservation. Atmosphere is meh but the uncomfortable chairs and lack of sound dampening surroundings is probably intentional to prevent patrons from lingering too long. Donut platter came with a greasy chocolate (possibly maple?) dip instead of ganache. Got the Sunrise Chili Crunch Bowl and server was able to substitute in pork belly (yay). Bowl was dry, lacking flavor and seasonings but pork belly was so over cooked it was hard and crunchy throughout each piece. Sat by the kitchen window and the staff was constantly on their phones, touching hair, or picking cleaning rags off the floor but no one ever washed their hands despite nearby handwashing sink.

We’ve heard so much about Hope Breakfast Bar we thought we’d try it this morning. Let me you that will be the very LAST time! Food is way overpriced and the coffee even more so…$6.00 for a freakin cup of coffee!! Outrageous!!

I visited nine months ago and when I was in the Twin Cities area again the other day, I begged my friend to eat breakfast here. Delicious food, very polite staff, fast service. They have delicious mixed drinks (I had the blueberry mojito lemonade and ohhhh my goodness), fresh food, and perfect serving sizes. Our waitress was prompt, gave us our bill quickly (sitting with empty plates without a bill is such a pet peeve of mine), and was professional and hands-off without feeling unfriendly. All of the staff seem stoked to be working which you always love to see.

My one complaint is that there’s no private booths, just mostly open tables. But breakfast isn’t meant to be a big event, just in and out, so it’s forgivable. I’m just not a fan of loud sound and being in the middle of hustle and bustle, but luckily we were there right at opening so it was mostly quiet! The open plan is nice, though, as you can see the open kitchen which is fun.

All in all, I have no desire to get breakfast anywhere else in the Twin Cities, Hope is just simply that good.

First time trying it, we had reservations for 10am and were seated right away.
We sat at our table for 15 to 20 minutes before our waitress came to say hello and ask what we would like to drink. She wasn't the friendliest person but wasn't rude either.
Food was decent, it was incredibly hard to hear the person sitting across from me.
Overall, it's okay, dont plan to go back because of service.

I had an order for take out. Tipped 20%. Order was sitting on a shelf and was cold. My pancakes were extremely burnt almost black in some spots. Very disappointed in the food quality and lack of customer interaction.

After great reviews from family members we were visting , We made it Hope Breakfast Bar - Eagan on a Monday morning. This place was buzzling and has good energetic vibes to it. Kids unanimously voted ans orderd the Red Velvet Waffle which tuened out tasty with blueberry sryup being the highlight.
Pinacolada french toast was bit too sweet for our liking albeit its unique offering. Hash browns very disappointing but Stuffed Poblano was ok . Beverages and the drinks checked the ok box. Anna B serviced out table and was very patient and quick.

This wasnt an wowlicious place nevertheless a good breakfast / brunch experience in and around twin cities

Really wanted to love this place. Was leery going here after all the bad press, related to fraud and them shutting down their nonprofit. It’s a local business though and wanted to give them a try to support local. After visiting I can say my opinion is neutral but given the recent press I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Chicken and waffles were a nice portion size and a hit with my teenager. 2 maple syrup
Options (jalapeño and plain). No sides included but not really needed due to the ample portion size.

Hashbrowns - ordered a side and was disappointed. Soft almost mushy in the middle the outside not crispy enough.

Avocado toast - I didn’t want the fried avocado so asked for fresh sliced instead and they easily accommodated my request. Served w two poached eggs cooked perfectly.

Order didn’t come out at once, waffles were served and several minutes later the avocado toast which requires minimal cooking came out. Served w a side of fruit, which seemed a bit old as the blueberries were mushy.

Upon completing our meal I tried to find our server to pay the bill she dropped off. She was busy at the espresso machine for several minutes so I went to the hostess to see if we could pay. She went and told our server who came by a few minutes later to check us out. That process could have been better, we waited an awful long time to leave.

Overall the food was tasty but a bit overpriced and service was slow and inattentive.
