They are extremely unorganized. There’s an older lady who just is always in the kitchen and a younger one glued to her phone, so no one ever works the front. You’re forced to order on the monitor.

I gave them three chances:
• First visit: waited 30 minutes for my order.
• Second visit: I waited 40 minutes, nothing happened, and only after I reminded them did they start making it.
• Third visit: Ordered on the monitor, waited 40 minutes, went to the front, and they were not even aware of my order. She finally looked and said, “We are out of the strawberry crepe. Would you like something else?”

There are a lot of unfair reviews here.

This ramen is flavorful, seasoned well, and tastes like it does overseas.

The egg is brown because it’s marinated, it is NOT rotten. It’s also fantastic :)

The braised pork belly is DELICIOUS!

Kikurage (black mushroom) was cooked perfectly.

The corn in the ramen may look odd, but it’s very common practice. I removed the fish cake and the seaweed at the time of order as those are not to my liking. From order to food was about 7mins.

I will be back for seconds next time I’m shopping here!

Dim Sum was overpriced and the food was quite bland.
I would avoid those choices - We tried the Taro Cake that seems different than what most would be use to and the shumai.

They had dim sum. Shrimp rice rolls were not what you think. Cashier was nice. Unfortunately, food was not it.

I ordered a soup. Most disgusting thing I ever had. Smells like spoiled, as well as looks. Shrimp in soup ware unpeeled and egg has a brown color. When I tell the seller my concern - he said that no one complain regarding unpeeled shrimps. Discussing - never again.

Affordable enough. Had a veggie ramen bowl & it was pretty good. Was a bit of a wait with not much going on but still worth it.

It was not worth the price that we paid for it. I paid $ 70 for tasteless ramen and an over salted calamari. I definitely would not go back! Gyro grill next by seems to be way better!

Food was great, generous helpings, great staff, Mall Atmosphere. I'll definitely stop there again ??

I was stunned when I tried this restaurant, it was great! The food was amazing and the service was helpful. Didn’t have to wait for a cashier to take my order as well. I genuinely don’t know why this place was low on customers. Great experience.
