Cashier told me there was no gluten in the granola. Then told me he didn't know what gluten was. There is no reason anyone should be answering no to an allergen when they dont know. My smoothie bowl was also not thick at all more like a smoothie in a bowl.

Worst Jamba ever? Tried to place an order with a sub a substitution. This is one I always do at Jamba and it is even an option on the app. Lady taking the order lacked the English skills to understand the requesr. She went in back to get somebody else who also did not understand. I just said nevermind and got it standard.
For as much as we need to pay is it too much to ask that the people that work there can understand orders?

They are franchised , and don’t hold the exact standard as non franchised locations . They cannot for the life of them hold the same consistency with their smoothies and smoothie bowls. They are never in a smoothie type texture. It very watery and for 9$ small smoothies this is a disappointment . I strongly suggest they visit other non franchised locations to teach them how to make proper smoothies. Till then I strongly suggest going to the Mochi spot in Eagan and not waste your money on a disappointing smoothie, they offer some fun drinks. Really hope this is something they can improve on.

This is was just next to the food court just had a door you could walking though there too .I was frist though it's was actually locating at inside of the food court but oh my goodness good thing is there is the door you can walking in to the building as well. But anyway the guy he was pretty helpful and nice gentleman .Thank you for your kindness helping me out here.
