On 4/05/2024 my wife and I had dinner, ambiance and Server were pleasant. I ordered the Sautéed Walleye & 6 ounce Filet Mignon. The walleye tasted and looked like breaded cardboard, absolutely the worst prepared fish I have ever had, needless to say I only had one bite. I ordered the steak "medium" which should have a thick band of light pink through the middle, the steak I received was cooked well done, all gray brown with char blackening on the outside of the steak. The 6 oz steak was the size of a silver dollar and looked to be just at 4 oz. My wife ordered Petite filet mignon cooked medium. The two what looked like 3 oz steaks were also cooked "well done". Sides ordered; Garlic Mashed - dense and cold Asparagus's- too undercooked, not chewable Sautéed Mushrooms - tasted good Fresh popovers - very good. I wish this was an isolated experience at this restaurant, it is not. Probably why the restaurant was not crowded on a Friday evening. Conclusion, I have given this restaurant three chances and each time was a disappointment. I give this restaurant one star for the popovers and ambiance. No stars for the cooks or the food.

All I have to say is WOW! I was taken here for my birthday dinner and had the surf and turf. It was AMAZING! This is the best steak and surf and turf I have had in a long time. On top of that the service was great the atmosphere of the restaurant was great it was clean and decor was pleasant. If you're ever in the area I absolutely recommend paying a visit. The prices are not super expensive and you absolutely get what you pay for here!

Had a recent birthday dinner here. Our server, Mark, was very respectful, kind, and attentive even with two young children in the party.The scallops were very good, the Alfredo sauce was a bit bland in my opinion. The lemon drop was yummy, too.The atmosphere was very nice in the back room which a little quieter and perfect to visit with the other members of the party.Thank you!I would go again.

We were looking for a new place to eat and I do not know why we haven't tried this place until now. We walked in and from looking at the decor I knew we were in for a treat. Our server Brandon was accommodating, and courteous and gave us a bit of history on Jensen's. After learning how long Jensen's had been open I was shocked this was our first time visiting. So we placed our drink order and ordered some crab cakes.The only reason I gave Jensen's 4 stars is because of the crab cakes, they had red onions in them and I've never had onions in my crab cakes and I do not care for them. And also because where we were sitting was perfect for two but the light was so bright it kind of took away from the ambiance. However, outside of that, it was fantastic. Now the popovers we had delivered to our table were so delicious, that we both enjoyed them so much.Also, the mixed drink I had was perfect, and I ordered the walleye Oscar and my significant other ordered the chicken Oscar. The food came out promptly and it was seasoned perfectly and made our dinner complete. Parking was great, the food was great, and the manager Jenny was beyond helpful as I shared my feedback with her. If you're looking for a place for date night with great food, service, and plenty of parking don't pass up this hidden gem.

They have bottomless mimosas but they cut you off at 6. Don’t offer bottomless mimosas if you’re going to be cheap and cut people short. They said because you’re driving but we ubered? Don’t offer a service you’re not willing to give.
We enjoyed our steak dinner immensely. The Ceasar salad was delicious and I recommend it ( but it walked away too soon.... server didn't hear me say I was still picking at the salad, I guess). Soup was a little on the salty side, but it could have just been the day. Steak and ribs were very good!

Food is expensive, but delicious! However, the service was poor. Waited 15 mins for a waitress and she finally brought over water. She didn’t show up to get our order for at least 20 mins. So I finally asked the hostess for help. Service improved thereafter.Pictured here is the coconut shrimp, popover, salad and the Parmesan walleye. Fish portion was extremely small considering how much it cost.

We reserved their private room for our wedding. They were easy to work with, all of the dark wood in their interiors is gorgeous, the price is very reasonable, and the food was honestly kind of a steal from the comparisons we did looking for a venue. Easy recommendation.
