Every time I come here, I’m disappointed. Unfortunately it’s the closest place to my work for lunch so sometimes I just go here for the convenience.
I just ordered a #17 the regular Philly cheese steak and this is what I got. A meat and bread sandwich. I counted 3 or 4 peppers on this sandwich and it was just thrown together so sloppily. Best part is, I was the only customer in the shop so there’s no excuse for such a sloppy sandwich. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
When the store is busy, they lack urgency like I’ve ever seen before. During the lunch rush the employees move as slow as molasses, dinking around, lolligaggin’ putting toppings on the sandwich in slow motion. Avoid this place at all costs

It was my first time at jersey mikes and i did not know what to order. Bennett and Max were the two workers on staff, and they were extremely helpful as to what I should order! The shop was very clean aswell.

Very disappointing experience!!! From the moment I started ordering, the staff seemed distracted. I asked for a #6 mini but they started making a #3 instead. They didn’t even ask whether I wanted white or wheat bread—they just went ahead and used white. While they were making the Subway sandwich, I asked again if it was a mini size, and the staff said yes, but at checkout I was told it was actually a regular size. I couldn’t finish it at all. It felt like they weren’t paying attention from beginning to end.

Went in tonight about an hour before closing. Expectations were low because it was slow, close to closing time, “fast food.” Service could not have been better - Max and Magic were great! I was so impressed I asked for their names to write this review. Food was great too for an added bonus.

Friendly staff, very welcoming! Tried a different sub this time, and had was very pleased. Jersey Mike's uses fresh ingredients, makes their subs exactly how you order. Good value for price, and has a Rewards program....double points Tuesday's!
