“Stopped by on what was arguably the most beautiful day of the year sun shining, perfect breeze, and yes, fishing opener, which in Minnesota might as well be a state holiday. Most folks were out on the lake chasing walleyes, but what really stood out to me was seeing the leadership at this sandwich shop fully present and working right alongside the team.

It says a lot when the people in charge are willing to roll up their sleeves and show up, even when they’d have every excuse not to. That kind of commitment doesn’t go unnoticed. The vibe was positive, service was quick, and the food hit the spot. You can taste the pride in what they do.

Props to the crew, especially the leadership for holding it down while the rest of Minnesota was out fishing. That’s dedication.“
